A colleague referred me to Joseph. I gave him a call and he went to my house that same day to offer a quote (I was at work but he called me from my back yard). His crew came earlier than expected and clean up the tree and back yard. Full marks to Heritage for a job well done, prompt service, great clean-up, and fair pricing. If I ever have the need I will definitely call Joseph again.

Joseph and his crew were very professional and price competitive. They did an excellent job and the clean up after was immaculate. It was a pleasure to deal with Joseph.

After a damaged elm tree on my property had been flagged by the city as dangerous, we called every tree service in Toronto and Joe called back. They came promptly, worked quickly and did an exceptional job on the tree, cleaning up afterwards. The rate I was quoted was what I paid and it was reasonable and inline with the other services in the city. All around excellent service, no complaints.

There was a tree next door that canopied over 6 yards, and desperately needed trimming. Our neighbour is very difficult to deal with, and Joseph dealt with (all) situations very professionally. The clean up was fantastic, and the staff were very kind - my 8 month old son was very entertained. I will absolutely hire Heritage Tree Care again when needed, and refer to all my friends.

I had approximately 10 trees that needed to be taken down due to stress fractures and danger to a local park area from my property. Heritage came in 2/3 the price of all other quotes and helped me obtain proper permits to remove trees where necessary. All of this was stress free. I've had them back for more work and appreciate their speed and honest advice.

This was a very efficient job of removing large high branches , done by lovely guys over about 4hrs today. The aesthetic sense was terrific, everything was tidy at the end. I thought it was really good value. Joe is a nice guy, and has a good team. I will recommend him to everyone I can.

We've worked with Heritage for years - always pleased with their work. A relatively colourful company, they've handled our big and small needs and always leave our yard clean in the end, so we're happy!

Heritage did a brilliant job for us. Joseph and his team were extremely warm, efficient and effective. Very quick to respond by phone and friendly on task. I'm very pleased with the work. Will definitely use them again. Thanks for a fantastic job guys!

Joe is a lovely guy who knows his way around trees! He and his colleague (who's name I don't remember, but he was also fantastic) pruned back my hugely overgrown Tree of Heaven and did a fantastic job! He removed about 50% of the canopy and 3 of the large branches and cleaned up everything like he had never been there! He was well-priced, easy to deal with and super friendly. One of the large branches damaged my neighbour's stair and Joe came back a week later and replaced it himself, without any problems at all. I will recommend Heritage Tree Care to everyone I hear of who needs a tree dealt with!

This was the second time I used Heritage Tree, and I had mixed feelings this time. The best part was that Joe came with little notice after the windstorm in July to remove a large maple that had fallen on the house. They came on a Saturday morning no less. Bravo! On the flip side, there were significant problems. During the job, there were big arguments between him and his crew. Later they were dropping big pieces of tree on the ground, shattering a piece of flagstone and leaving 8" craters in the grass (requires landscape repair). Then the stump - the last time, he removed the stump as part of the job - this time, he suggested we let it rot and plant some flowers on top! Finally, Joe was very slippery on pricing. In the end, this two-day job was DOUBLE the price of our last two-day job with him. When we inquired about the reason, he went into a big explanation about how he's running his business differently because he wasn't making enough money before. He also added that he threw his back out climbing up one of our trees!? Joe may be the jolly arborist, but he's not running the tight ship that he used to and I hesitate to recommend him.
