Joe from Heritage really took care of business on short notice and on a highly compex job. We had a large, 4-trunk manitoba maple removed and dead wood cleanup on about a dozen very tall trees. He and his team were efficient and really bounced around up there trimming dead branches and bringing 'em down. He was also generous with his time and the neighbours noticed what a quality job they did. There's much more light, and the trees don't look overgrown anymore. Nothing to complain about -- they did a great job end-to-end. We're thinking about just bringing them by every year for maintenance now. Pricing also very competitive. No hesitation to recommend.

I found my way to Heritage from this website. They quoted and were on the job the following day. Friendly, professional, generous.... I like to do business where relationship seems to matter, and these guys did a great job and gave a crap about what I requested. All was left clean and spotless on their departure, and the trees and hedge are better off for their new haircut!

joseph is a natural and talented arborist who seems to know just what to do with the trees and shrubbery that are part of my property... he is easy to work with, adaptable and attentive... i feel very comfortable having him work on the grounds of my home... he is knowledgeable and enthusiastic and seems to truly love his work...

Joe and Aaron spent two days in my backyard trimming two 100-year-old silver maples. It was really something seeing Joe working at such a height. The tree branches were cut and brought down safely with ropes. The larger stumps were cut up for firewood and at my request, the rest was mulched and left for me to use in the garden. The area was left clean and tidy. I will recommend Heritage to my friends.

When I bought my property in the High Park/ Junction neighborhood 4 years ago, it did not have any trees except from lots of invasive trees on the property line. Therefore, I set myself the goal to plant as many native trees as possible in my backyard. No sooner said than done. At the same time, I was well aware that one day something needed to be done about the omnipresent weeds (e.g. Manitoba Maple and Tree of Heaven/Ailanthus altissima). Therefore, my lovely neighbor and I agreed on taking some action. In other words, we called Heritage Tree Care (HTC). Joe, arborist and the owner of the company, did not hesitate to come over to look at the job site. We discussed everything (price, appointment, risks for other plants close to the trees that were to be removed etc.) in detail prior to the job. All I can say is that HTC did fantastic work. Joe and his team removed the trees, pruned some of my other trees and left the backyard spotless after they finished up. I can highly recommend Heritage Tree Care for their tree services. From the beginning to the end I felt I was in good hands. I already ordered Joe`s self-made wood chips (made from our neighborhood's trees) to cover the flowerbeds and to prepare my backyard for winter. I am looking forward to work with their professional team again!

Joseph and his crew were prompt and professional. The work was done with great care and consideration of our property and our neighbours. The job was completed less time than I thought possible and not a speck of debris was left behind. A true professional.

I have worked with Joe and his assistants for several years now. I do not call any other tree service to do this job. Pruning and shaping all my ivy on the front of the house is a huge undertaking. Joe is OUTSTANDING and carefull. The ivy comes in full and lush every year. He and his assistant are clean and immaculate at all the clean up. He goes over everything with me thoroughly prior to the job and I have never had any complaint. I highly recommend Joe and Heritage Tree Care to anyone looking for an honest and very knowledgeable arborist. I have found Joe to be very approachable and easy to work with. I have worked with Joe for the past five years and would never look elsewhere but to him and this company. My cedar trees in the yard look amazing and my front tree beside my house is shaped the best I have ever seen! Highly recommend Joe!!!! Thanks for a great job!
