I have used Joseph and his team for several years. He is personable and reliable. I am always very pleased with the job that Joseph and his team do. I am very happy with the clean and tidy job they do during and at the end of the job. All the debris is cleaned up thoroughly. They sweep up and vaccum up anything around the property and that is great for us! I have no problem recommending Hertiage tree care and Joseph to anyone looking for a good arborist. He is always willing to listen to suggestions and gives advice on what he feels is the best route to go. Great group of people!

Joe was recommended to me by a friend who had used him in the past. So after the last big wind and rain storm, when our huge maple tree snapped and was hanging dangerously over the fence between my yard and my neighbours, I called Joe. He responded to my call promptly and advised that he was a bit backlogged due to the storm but would come by the next day to take a look and quote on the work. Joe's quote was very reasonable and work started a few days later. And despite the enormity of the tree, Joe was very careful and able to remove the tree and mitigate any falling branches which surely would have destroyed the fence and cost me much more the replace. Joe removed the entire tree down to the smallest stump, removed and chipped all the debris and cleaned up after himself. He even made some comments about other trees on my property and what to keep an eye on in the future. I wouldn't hesitate to call upon Heritage Tree Care in the future and recommend Joe and his crew.

I found these guys on Homestars. Joe IS a star. Great guy, great company. Fast quote "I am in the neighborhood I'll come right over" and did..."we can do it tomorrow"...and did. Great price too!

Despite the fact that it took almost 2 weeks for Joe to return my call (it is a busy time so I wasn't surprised), he and his guys did a great job. His quote wasn't the cheapest but it was the middle of the pact (I had 5 companies give quotes). I felt the most comfortable with Joe. They cut down 6 trees and pruned another one. They arrived on time and cleaned up pretty well after. I would definately recommend Joe and his guys to any of my friends!

I've used Joseph on a number of occasions and have always found him to be reliable, professional and friendly. This last instance was a bit of an urgent matter. Joseph was without his team on this particular day, but still came on his own and lopped off a bit of weight from the cracked limb hanging over my neighbours driveway. He then tied it back to the main part of the tree so that it would be secure and not be a hazard till he could get back to take it down entirely in a day or two, as well as trim back other parts of the tree that needed attention. I was completely satisfied with his approach and his work. He put my and my neighbours' minds at ease. Thanks, Joseph!

Joe and his team were amazing. They were quick, thorough, friendly and professional. They went above and beyond what we agreed upon and disposed of all the branches they removed. I would highly recommend them to everyone I know and was very impressed with them and their service. We took several business cards from them to pass on to friends and family and would hire them in a second if we needed their services again. If you are looking for an arborist they should definitely be the company you call. (We had called a few other companies for quotes and they offered the best rates.) Their prices are very reasonable and they're a pleasure to deal with. Thanks again Joe. We really appreciated all your help.

Not much to say here except that they were quick, professional and very easy to deal with, and did the job I'd asked them to do. These guys are real pros.

We own a four acre piece of property that with various buildings on it surrounded by trees. Joe and his team advised us on which trees to remove and they removed them efficiently and safely. We were impressed by their high level of professionalism, knowledge of the various trees and dangers, and ability to get the job down quickly and on budget. We now sleep a lot better at night. Highly recommended!
