There is no better response and care taken of all of our tree and landscaping requirements. Joseph responded quickly on the Sunday after the high wind storms experienced a few weeks ago - the result of the tornadoes in the US. He expertly removed several enormous trees from our property as well as smaller trees. We've recommended him and his crew to a few friends who have been very happy with his work. We highly recommend Heritage Tree Care - they really care!

Heritage tree care Is a friendly, reliable business that goes the extra mile. When they arrived at my house I was give a free quote with some extra advice that I was able to use at no exta charge. They were more concerned about my satisfaction with their work than getting paid. The project was completed under budget and joe has stopped by several times since to see that I am satisfied with the job.

Joseph was recommended by our local garden store. We had an apple tree in the back and a crab-apple tree in the front that were in bad need of some trimming. He stopped by to quote very quickly, and his price was very fair - we had large companies give us estimates 50% higher, just for the tree in the back. Joseph performed the work well within our timeline, and completely cleaned up all the removed branches. Both trees look great - we're excited to see how they bloom in the spring. We'll have Joseph back again in the future to make sure the trees maintain their wonderful shape.

Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, honest and quite obviously passionate about their work. What I thought was going to be a stressful and difficult process was made easy and enjoyable. I had a large tree in my downtown backyard that was pushing on my fence and causing damage. Joe was very prompt in getting back to me from my initial call, and prompt in getting me a quote. The quote was very reasonable. He did the job quickly and also took care of a few other smaller trees that would have caused the same problem in years to come. My neighbour wasn't happy with the stumps and how they may have impeded fixing the fence, so Joe came back and went even further than agreed. He cleaned everything up and even cut up the larger pieces and stacked them so I could use it as firewood! I wouldn't hesitate to hire Joe again. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for tree care or removal!

I have a really nice tree in my backyard that provides shade for the yard, but it also blocked some light to my garden. I was a little apprehensive about hiring a company to trim the tree because I was afraid the tree might end up looking less natural. I went ahead with it anyway and I was quite pleased with the results. I ended up hiring "Heritage Tree Care" and they did a great job. I dealt with a guy named Joe who was polite and prompt, but the best part was he actually seemed to be more concerned than I about how my tree was going to look after the work. I was also surprised how fast the work was done; he was cleaning up when I came back into the yard to see the progress. I don't normally write these reviews, but I was pleased enough to think it was warranted. All in all it was a painless experience. The only difficulty I had was understanding him on the phone - he has a thick British accent, but that's more my problem.

Joseph did an excellent job pruning the large tree in our back yard. The tree looks magnificent - he has a good eye for finding the balance of the tree and pruning the right amount. He and his crew also did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family.

Joe did a great job cleaning up the trees on my property. In addition to pruning, he installed supporting cabling, and deep fertilized my Norway maple. His knowledge, passion, attention to detail, and sense of humour make it easy for me to give him my highest recommendation.

After a large main branch on our maple tree had come down in a storm we hired Heritage Tree Care . Joseph and his team were able to work around our schedule and provided competitve pricing. They also recognized large branches that could be removed from a black walnut close to the property to prevent future problems. Great service all around with a creative touch.

Joseph at Heritage Tree Care does an excellent job of looking after our large trees. He is prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. The site is left clean with no debris. We recommend him without reservation.
