Our goal at Professional Roofers is to provide the upmost customer service while constantly improving through helpful and truthful feedback. Please be aware that the purpose of sharing reviews is to provide information based on true events and not on falsehoods. Any false, inaccurate, and misleading remarks are viewed as fallacies of relevance. Intentional or unintentional, in any case, this is a blatant misrepresentation of our company affairs. For this reason, we do not believe that the comments expressed the true nature of events. When we arrived at your property, it was determined the underlying boards were extremely rotted. To reduce the total costs, it was agreed that Professional Roofers would simply install new plywood over the existing. After doing so, your invoice was reduced by $1480.00, waiving the plywood removal fee. At no point was it agreed that Professional Roofers was to remove all existing plywood. Your Quality Control Manager, who was present when the work was done, has confirmed that this was the decision you made. Furthermore, per your contract agreement, Professional Roofers does not tolerate propaganda, slander or defamation of any kind. Please be advised that Management is in the process of taking further action and we recommend getting in touch with the office as soon as possible.
