In early March 2016, a gust of wind blew our flat roof right off or our house and into our neighbour's front yard. The next day it was going to snow and it was negative degree weather. That evening we called around a number of companies that advertised as being specialized in emergency repairs as well as Professional Roofers because we knew of them. The only person to have answered the phone at 7pm that night was Professional Roofers. The next day at 7am, Oscar was at our house to estimate the damage and at 10am he had a crew there to do immediate patchwork to protect the house from the impending snow storm while we waited for our insurance company to assess the damage and ascertain that we were covered. After the insurance company sent out various contractors and roofers for further estimates over the course of 3 days, Professional Roofers remained the most economical option and was the one that could get in and do the work at the earliest date so we chose them. The next day, there was a crew there who worked from morning until early evening and got the job done in one day. They were courteous, polite, respectful, quiet, professional, and cleaned up everything so that you would never have known that they were here. We are very pleased with the speed and quality of service as well as with the price. We would recommend them and plan to call them for other roofing needs that are forthcoming on our house and garage.

Excellent roofers, Patrick and all members of the team were efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. They did a great job replacing the roof and everything was done on time. Patrick went above and beyond fixing a few things that were unrelated to the initial job. We are very happy. They left our premises spotless. I highly recommend this company.

We referenced Professional roofers from Homestars post a serendipitous discovery of old shingles gone too bad in late fall. Adam from their team met us & gave a quote which was the lowest amongst all other quotes we had procured. To top it all, he even gave a further 1000 discount for a spring install, while they temporarily winterize the existing roof. On the first day of spring, their team was here to put the new roof in. I was skeptical of the incumbent rain & snow set to fall the same week. Their quality incharge Leo & Adam spent a lot of time in calming my nerves. They even came back a day after to fix a legacy wrongly placed downspout. Overall a great experience.

Professional Roofers recently completed the tear out and replacement of my entire roof. From the first phone call when I contacted this company right through to the clean up of the job I felt this company is true to their word. The staff are all very professional and patient. I asked many (perhaps too many) questions along the way and throughout the entire process each question was answered and I was never made to feel that I was a bother to them. Oscar, Leonardo, Fernando and the crew that completed my roof were all very patient knowledgeable and went over and beyond. Without a doubt I would recommend this company. Definitely first class treatment!!!!!

This company was highly recommended by friends. I had quotes from other companies but even though Professional Roofers may not be lowest price, I would not hire the cheapest for this kind of job. I was very please with there expert advise and the professional conduct of Jorge and the roofing crew. Well done job, clean and on time performance. Thanks!

Our new roof has just been completed, and we couldn't be happier. We received quotes from multiple companies, but it became clear immediately after meeting Sebastian that Professional Roofers would be who we worked with. He described the plan in great detail, and demonstrated sincere passion for our project. Throughout the job, he was always in touch with us, making sure we were happy. And, of course, we were. Professional Roofers are highly recommended!

Not the cheapest in town, but professional and reliable. After Roofing Systems Plus suddenly stopped communicating with me on the day they were supposed to come and fix my problem (third delayed promised date), I had to find another company. Professional Roofers did their best to fix my problem even though it was a small repair job.

My downspout flew off the side of my house during the windstorm last week. After consulting Homestars I contacted Professional Roofers. They were at my house the next day at 9AM and out by 10. The technician did a great job and the price was very reasonable. The payment process was quick and easy and done over the phone. Very satisfied!!
