I was very impressed with the services that professional roofer provided. They put a protection on my old roof with missing shingles so I would not have any leaks until new roof was installed. Diego was very professional, always responded to my questions. The crew was on time, very helpful, and provided us with good quality of work. I would definitely suggest this company to my friends and family.

We got the initial quote from Jonathan, he is a young and very professional man who was able to give us all the information we needed to decided to go ahead with Professional Roofers, the installation went smooth and so far everything looks great, we are pleased with our decision to hire this company.

Professional Roofers did the installation of the new shingles at my home, everything looks great and we are content with the service that was provided to us by this company. Patrick who is the person who provided us with the estimate, is easy to deal with and very knowledgeable in his work.

We are very happy with the recent roofing job done in early April 2014 by Professional Roofers. Initally we had Jonathan come and provide an estimate, he was on time, inspected the roof/attic and gave detailed explanations of the work that needed to be done. He was also easily reachable (direct cell number) when I had questions and took the time to expain things to me thoroughly. I had 3 other quotes (all from top rated homestars roofers) and surprisingly there were large differences in cost (one company was 2X the cost of Professional Roofers!) and thoroughness of the estimate. I compared the quotes paying attention to the details of the work they were doing and material used. Professional Roofers had the best quote and even provided the best warranty (15 years) with the Cambridge - IKO shingles. On the day of the job, the crew arrived on time worked hard with Louis providing me with updates as they progressed. Once completed, Oscar came and inspected collected payment and provided me with the warranty. I even received a thank you letter a few days later! I would recommend Professional Roofers to anyone, they are a great company!

We decided to go with Professional Roofers after reading some reviews on Homestars and hearing through word of mouth that they were good. We got a few quotes and Professional Roofers also quoted us a competitive price. They were absolutely great to work with. Great at explaining everything and always on time for initial appointments. They also completed the job very quickly. We've had the new roof for seven months now and it looks great and we've had no problems at all with it. I recommend them to anyone I know looking for a new roof!

Replaced my roof in June 2013. I found them thru the internet after some research and getting multiple quotes from other companies. Compared to a lot of contractors in the building industry, they were very organized, efficient and stuck to their schedule - I was impressed. The workmanship was good - everything seem to be in place. I have not inspected my roof yet after this harsh winter and I don't anticipate any issues.

Met with ProfessionalRoofers.com representative Patrick and was immediately impressed. I had met with 5 different roofing contractors (big box store names to independents) and he really took the time to review and explain the options of the quote which was not the cheapest nor the most expensive ($8900 each). Ultimately what sold me and my neighbor (we live in a semi and got the roof done in tandem) was the warranty, the frank explanations, the aftercare customer support, the fact that they are bonded and insured, the length of time in business, and their reviews on this site. The arrived promptly, Leo was our site supervisor, they kept the area clean, shrubs/landscaping and railing in perfect condition. When they were done the only sign they were there at all was a brand new roof! Extremely professional, courteous and fast - they were a pleasure to deal with. A roof is a huge investment - do your homework!! I think the challenge is that many customers don't understand roofing (I didn't but I got informed - love the Internet) this makes the whole process much easier and as a consumer you can better judge one quote from another. We opted for a higher priced, longer life tile and with the certified installers at Professional Roofers.com we are very happy with the results!

we had a leaking problem on our flat roof entrance. we got 3 quotes and prof roofers recommended adding a peak instead of a new flat roof. they recommended a builder to do the job and it was a great idea. no more flat roof and it looks great. good customer service too and the work was quality. I look forward to recommending them to friends and colleagues.

From the initial competitive estimate to the thorough clean up, the guy's did a very professional, efficient & thorough job.
