Scheduled with a reasonable lead time, arrived on site at the exact time they had indicated. Diego the estimator is a pleasure to work with. Job done properly, high quality work, and the clean up was impeccable, which is the mark of true professionals. Absolutely no complaints, I would hire them again with no hestitation.

They put a brand new roof on our house and they did a very fine job. I was very impressed particularly with the way they did little extras. We have a very strange roof and they were able to put in the vents and the extra power vents (solar vent) which was very good and appreciated. They were on time and I thought that George, who set the thing up in the first place, performed the most professional assessment of our situation that I have ever seen (unfortunately because of our strange roof we had other roofers look at it as well). I don't give anyone a 10 out of 10 but I can give them a 9 out of 10.

We did our roof with Professional Roofers in '13, they were indeed professional and was done fast and properly with only minor cosmetic issues that were addressed within 24 hours . Will definitely recommend them to anyone who decides to go with them!!

This job was conpleted last August 2012. Patrick, sales rep, came to the home to do a quote. Was polite and thorough. He was available to answer any questions through emails and phone calls. Offer included a solar vent with the package.The crew was on time to do the job. They had to work around my kitchen vent on the roof which is an older style of venting. The crew incorrectly placed the wrong cap and water leaked into my kitchen. When I called them to fix the incorrectly placed shingles around the vent (on the roof), the crew came to fix it. However, the roof STILL leaked around the vent and into my kitchen. After going back and forth in trying to fix the leak by re-shingling and changing the vent cap, I was very dissatisfied and frustrated with the leaking. The owner of the company got involved and he offered to fix the leaks and any damage caused to the interior of my kitchen from the water. Overall, although there were some issues, the company was very willing to fix any issues and keep the customers happy. Because of their good service, I definitely recommend this company.

The sales process was smooth with no hidden surprises. The crew was fast and efficient and completed on time (actually, ahead of schedule). Overall, the sales and installation process this company has put together is impressive.

I'd say I'm pretty satisfied with the work Professional Roofers.com did. The crew was on time, neat, quick and efficient. I also found their pricing to be pretty standard when compared to the other options.

I am very satisfied with the work of Professional Roofers, their customer service is excellent. The crew showed up on time and even came back the next day to do some extra cleanup (I didn't even have to ask). There were some touch ups that needed to be done and they came back promptly to make those repairs.

They did a good job cleaning up the area around my house and I would likely recommend them to someone else.

Overall I’m very satisfied with their work. They did exactly what they said they would do including adding the trimmings and rubberized compounds to my roof. The crew was very neat and cleaned up throughout the job and after, ensuring that there wasn’t any debris left behind. One of the team members even took pictures for me so I could see what the cocking on the vent and chimney looked like. There pricing is excellent and I have already recommended this company to others.
