Professional Roofers did an amazing job. Patrick went over things several times to make sure that I understood everything that needed to be done to my aunt's home (being a women and all LOL). Unfortunately, my elderly aunt had some unscrupulous roofers stop at her home from time to time to tell her that her roof needed fixing (which it didn't). Anyway it ended up that she had FIVE layers of shingles on her roof. Patrick and his crew came in and within three days had everything done. They took everything right down to the bare wood including the flat roof. It was amazing how hard they worked. After the job was done, you wouldn't have even known that work had been done, because everything was absolutely immaculate when they left. I was so impressed that I called my daughter in Ajax and she had her roof done by him too. She was also really impressed with their work. No question was too stupid to ask, and he gave me brochures to better understand the quality of the shingles that were available. Everytime I called, Patrick got back to me within a very short time. The one thing that impressed me about Patrick was that he wasn't pushy and also how bad he felt that my aunt had been ripped off by fly-by-night roofers which makes it hard for honest roofing companies. I would recommend Professional Roofers to anyone.

Professional Roofers are great. Our neigh borne who works for them, help us to fix the problem in a poor rainy day, when we had an inconvenience to find a company willing to help us. They did a big repaired at a very low cost. Their 24hrs service really works

I had a leak on my roof in the dead of winter and I called 3 roofing companies and they were the only one to respond. The price was fair and Patrick took his time to explain every detail of the job. We just had our roof done only 10 or 12 years ago but the work was done very incorrectly!! Nothing under the shingles was placed, no black paper or ice guard. My wife recently detected a leak in our son's bedroom and we knew that replacing the whole roof again was our only option as this was the third leak we experienced already! We tried calling a few roofers but most of them didn't pick up their phone or they were closed for the season. Our friend told us about this site, we saw that Professional Roofers had a good rating, so we gave them a call. I was honestly expecting for no one to pick up as there was a snow storm outside, but to my surprise they picked up and were very easy to deal with. The dealing with Olga over the phone in the initial estimate booking was very pleasurable. She said she would have someone out first thing the next morning to come by and give me a price, which I was skeptical about given the weather conditions. However, the next morning George did come by and went in-depth in indicating what was wrong with the roof, no underlayments, not enough vents, etc, etc! I already knew what was wrong with the roof, but hearing him explain in only minutes all the previous errors proved to me that this company definitely knew what they were doing and weren't some handymen like my previous roofers! The crew did a superb job. They came right in the morning and nailed away until the late afternoon. It was very cold, but they managed to finish the entire roof in ONE DAY! My other roofers took two weekends to complete it. A quality control inspector came by in the end and did an inspection and went over all the questions I had. The price was more than the previous people I hired, but worth every penny because they were very professional and actually knew their field!! Thanks Professional Roofers!!! :)

Three months ago we replaced our entire roof front and back on our 13 year old house as it was worn out on the back. We found Professionalroofers gave a competitive quote, and a superior warrenty option (we got 3 quotes) before hiring them. We are 100% satisfied with the quality of the work, materials, and their relationship management. As first time home buyers we did a lot of research on what to look for in a reputable roofing company. Our new roof looks great, no leaks and is now better ventilated with a ridge vent (their recco). Their were some old nails left on the property after the job as they finished neear dark, so they had someone come back the next day and remove them all. Overall great experience, highly reccomend.

We thought we could wait till after spring to get our flat roof redone, but our wet winter had other plans. Professional Roofers.com were great to deal with and booked within 2 weeks notice. They were fast, cleaned up well and when our neighbors fence accidentally got damaged by debre, they came out the next day to fix/repair it, no problem!

Professional Roofers was wonderful to deal with, and I would not hesitate to use their services again. When we discovered water coming in our dining room ceiling they responded promptly to our call for help, and unlike another top rated company, they did not charge for the initial consultation. From beginning to end, their service was top notch, the price was very fair, and the workmanship was excellent.
