    Constantly lose shingles when its windy.

    They replaced my entire roof in 2014 and it looked great! In April of 2018 we got hit by a massive wind storm and much of my 4 year old roof was destroyed. Most of my neighbours had no issues. I thought it must be due to lack of trees on my property. Professional roofers repaired it again. Well... low and behold we get hit by another wind storm this past Sunday (November 2020).... my roof was decimated again. My insurance adjuster insisted and they sent out their roofing company to patch the roof. They advised that the shingles weren't nailed properly. I can't believe that a company that ONLY does roofing can't lay shingles properly!!! I googled where to nail a shingle and can clearly see that they put them in the wrong places. Their customer service contacted me about my review and they offered to make it right doing a repair without going through Insurance, or me paying for it. While I am impressed with the customer service, I am concerned with the installation and will be moving forward with another company.

Unfortunately, our warranty does not cover animal or extreme wind damages as it is beyond our control. We are disappointed to hear that you decided to go with another company to have the work done.     Roofing

    This was a great experience. After a wind storm, I called they were able to evaluate the damage using google and immediately gave me a quote. My job was scheduled within a week with the work being done in one day. The crew was amazing. They came with large tarps to cover my property and removed all the shingles and debris quickly using the tarps to trap most of the debris. They also did a great job cleaning up my property before leaving. I was very impressed with this crew.

    Great sales experience and equally great service

    We were having a waterfall issue off our front and back eavestroughs during modest rainstorms and called several roofers / eavestrough companies to diagnose the problem and propose a solution. Many were too busy to quote and some said they would quote, but never arrived. Adam from Professional Roofers though was available and came by. He put up a drone to see what was going on and took the time to explain the solution, pointing to the issues in the photos. He quoted a fair price to replace the eavestroughs with commercial grade 6-inch troughs and new 3x4 downspouts to move more water. He also suggested deflectors to have water from roof valleys directed into the troughs. On the day the work was scheduled, Carlos knocked on my door right at the expected time, walked me through the plan for the day. He was fully briefed and knew exactly what needed to be done. Carlos also wore a mask anytime we interacted (thank you Carlos & Professional Roofers for caring about your customers!) The team worked very hard and efficiently and did work that looks great. Access to the neighbours property was needed for the front downspout (which was approved in advance by the property owner) but Carlos and team took good care to respect their property also. All in, 5/5 on every aspect of the job and sales experience. Highly recommended. We've had a lot of contractors doing outdoor work in the last weeks and Professional Roofers were the only ones we felt 100% confident in. Professional. Efficient. Friendly. Good communication. Everything you want. Thanks guys! "Professional" is right.

    Roof shingles replacement on House and Garage

    We were looking for a company we could trust and where we felt we would receive good value. Diego was amazing. He accommodated all our request, met our deadline and answered all questions we had. The job went smoothly and flawlessly. No delays and everything was done as promised. We received several quotes and we don't regret having chosen them. Homestars reviews definitely helped in initially choosing them, and now we know why they received such positive feedback. I would definitely recommend them to others.

    Eavestrough and downspout replacement

    Diego Arraya and his team replaced my eavestroughs and downspouts and I honestly could not be happier. The work is neat and of better quality than the original installation could ever possibly have been. Plus they tidied up behind themselves perfectly at the end to boot. I would use them again for sure.

    Roofing

    A fast and efficient job

    This company showed up earlier than expected and got straight to work. They had the roof patched up and done exceptionally.

    Roof and eves

    Installation took 10 hrs. Instead of 5.5 hrs. Property left clean and tidy. The eves installation wAs delayed by a week.

    Resurfacing the roof

    Good timing and work . Only issue was covering the plants and flowers was not done well.

    Professional Roofers - New Roof

    The name says it all! This company is extremely professional. Excellent product. My new roof looks amazing! They are super fast too! We are thoroughly impressed and pleased with Professional Roofers!
