Roy Furniture did an outstanding job refinishing our bedroom dressers. They provided a true full-service experience — picking up the furniture, stripping and refinishing it, and delivering it back looking brand new. They matched the color perfectly, communicated well throughout the process, and were always polite and professional. They even offered to come by beforehand to make sure we selected the right finish. Great craftsmanship and excellent service. I would highly recommend them.

The work was on time, exactly what I wanted and done perfectly. All great!

The final product is beautiful. Roy and his son were lovely to work with. There was a small glitch on the delivery date but he communicated it right away and delivery took place two days later. I do suggest that if getting a quick over the internet based on photos, to be sure you understand what the quote entails, not just upholstering, but also fabric and any additions such as refinishing legs, etc.
