Roy repaired, refinished and reupholstered my 7 teak dining room chairs. They were 20+ years old and now are just like new. Great job and service.

Roy came to my house to look at a favorite chair that needed repair. He told me what needed to be done and the cost. He answered all my questions and assured me that he could repair the chair without damaging the existing upholstery. Roy was true to his word: He did an excellent job and met the agreed upon price. We recently had our KRUG dining room set refinished by Roy Furniture Repair & Refinishing Ltd. The dining set consists of a dining table, six chairs, a china cabinet and sideboard cabinet all of which needed refinishing due to age and wear. I contacted Roy for an initial assessment, and he responded within minutes. He came to our house to examine the furniture and was extremely helpful in describing the work needed, stain colour options and fabric options for the chairs. He did a beautiful restoration job, and we were pleased with the results. We were able to arrange with Roy for pick up & return of the items. We found it quite easy to do business with Roy as he was very responsive and professional.

I had one dining room chair that was broken (dowel snapped and stuck in chair), and 3 that were loose and wobbly. They were also old and needed an upholstery refresh. Roy was responsive and offered a very competitive quote. Drop off and pick up was smooth, and he had lots of fabrics to choose from. The chairs look and feel great with the new padding, and we would definitely use his services in future. Highly recommended.

A 30 plus year old oak kitchen table and 6 chairs Needed a refinishing and repair , but also a modern look I showed Roy a picture of the 2 colors I wanted , he had exactly the colors I was looking for . Completed and delivered to me in time promised. Over the moon happy with the ease of getting the job done . Roy is a true professional at what he does and it shows in his work . So happy ! Would recommend him to anyone who wants to keep or restore pieces To Beauty !!!

Roy needed to replace one wooden leg on a chair and he did a fabulous job. I couldnt tell which leg was the new one as he matched it so well. As well, it was ready when he said it would be. I highly recommend this company.

Our project consisted of reupholstering 10 dining chairs. Roy came with over 20 books to choose fabrics from with lots of guidance and recommendations. The Chairs also had little support left, leaving one to sink when sitting in the chair. Roy corrected this as well. I chose Roy from his excellent reviews. Roy deserves the high rating! The chairs came out beautiful! The fabric is perfect, he switched up the studs with a double piping, which looks great! The seats are solid and comfortable. I am thrilled with Roy's work, the quality of the workmanship is excellent. Well done, Roy, much appreciated!
