    Squirrel Removal

    I believe the young man's name was David. He arrived on schedule, on time. As expected from AAA Gates he was pleasant, efficient and gets an A+++ for a job well done.

    Attic animal adventure

    I was SO grateful that you were able to squeeze us in earlier than our scheduled appointment to help with our unique raccoons in the attic situation. Blake was super responsive, smart and thoughtful. The only thing that would have been better is if he could have magically found a way to get to the baby raccoons in the basement wall. Tragic ending AND I am glad that Blake was here to guide us through the ordeal.

    Hi Lori, it was a sad situation that resulted from the roofer inadvertently closing the hole that the raccoon was using to exit the roof, although it is not that uncommon. Over the years we have run into countless situations where roofers close an active entrance hole and trap the animal inside the attic. I am glad Blake was able "guide you through the ordeal".     Blake did an amazing job!

    Gates Wildlife Control did an amazing job. Blake came by, identified the issue, put a plan in place to get rid of them, and everything was over in a few days. Surprisingly efficient and well done.

    Persistent Raccoon on Roof

    We had heard some noise coming from the roof of an extension to our house. When we inspected from the window, we saw a raccoon and each night we’ve had to scare it away. However, each morning we would notice ripped shingles and we were nervous it would find its way inside. I called AAA Gates Wildlife and was able to get an appointment in 2 days. Kieran came for the appointment and did an inspection on the roof. He explained to us why this could be happening and provided an estimate to us for prevention which we are reviewing. He even helped us with some cleanup of a couple loose shingles from the roof which was so appreciated and unexpected. All I can say is that we were very impressed with the service we received just from this appointment and I would not hesitate to call them again if I need their services.

    Very Professional. Raccoon in the attic

    We discovered a raccoon in the attic and called AAA Gates Wildlife Control. Their service was swift and very professional. Nick was very considerate during this pandemic and sent us photos from the roof before and after the repair. We spent a little more on the repair (doing the entire house) making sure we'll have no future guests. All interactions between Nick and the company were efficient and we would trust them again.

    Racoon removal

    I contacted Gates after discovering a mother racoon in one of our basement window wells. They were very helpful on the phone and came the next day. The technician was competent and polite. He removed the raccoons and gave one baby to the mother to show her he wasn’t a threat and put the babies in a heated box. When he he returned the next day hey ere all gone and he had put a metal screen over the well to prevent a recurrence.

    Skunk removal

    Called for skunk removal and prevention of any further animals living under my shed. They were timely and polite. The person who actually did all the work was polite and professional. Happy with the work.

    Raccoon/babies removal

    We had such a positive experience! After weeks of raccoons in our walls we were desperate to remove them but stressed about using a company that might not be reputable. After reading many positive reviews we booked a consultation with AAA. They came on time, were very friendly, professional and let my kids see the babies before they created a safe warm box for the mom to come and rescue them later in the day. The company even gave my boys little stuffed raccoons afterwards (which they loved!) thank you again for the great service! Highly recommend!

    Squirrel removal

    We had a mother squirrel and her babies chew through vent in our roof Mother left babies in our attic Nick from gateway was amazing Explaining each step and he solved the problem very efficiently

    Squirrel Removal

    Due to an invasion of squirrels to the inside of my house, I had two visits from Nick. Firstly, to remove them, and secondly, to check my attic to make sure there were no animals left inside the house. The customer service I received from Nick was excellent. He responded to my request quickly and efficiently in a professional manner. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would recommend this company anytime.
