    Raccoon damage needed repair.

    I emailed AAA Gates to make an appointment and within a matter of minutes after hitting send I received a call from the company to set up an appointment. I had sent the email on Sunday after discovering a hole in my carport roof. The appointment was set for Tuesday. Boris arrived and went up on the roof to get a better picture of the situation. He then wrote up a quote which included areas that required fixing and suggested prevention. We went through the printed estimate and I decided to do just the required work which included putting a door over the whole to allow any creatures to exit but not be able to return. This was left on for almost two days. Boris did some of the work while I was home and some while I was not. He left a note for me when he was done. Only time will tell if this will keep the raccoons from further damaging my roof for now the damage they had done is sealed.

    Racoons and Squirrels broke into the Attic

    Racoons and Squirrels had broken into my attic through a roof intersection and a roof vent. Justin was very professional, thorough and informative. He installed two one-day doors with bait, and then came back a few days later to close them up and also put a wire mesh/cage around all roof vents and potential entry areas. Hopefully this will prevent another problem in the future and make my house the least desirable one on the block. I would highly recommend Justin at AAA Gates Wildlife to others.

    Hi Vic, having both raccoons and squirrels in the same house is not that common but it does happen on occasion. Usually the raccoons will chase the squirrels out.     Removal of Mice

    We were very pleased with the Customer Service and the work that was provided by Justin to remove the mice from our attic. He explained in detail each step of the process, and even took time to repeat it all on call to my husband. Justin has a great approach with his customers, to keep them engaged and feel comfortable being in their home. Hopefully we won't need them for another visit, but of course if we do I totally recommend Gate Wildlife Control.

    Squirrel removal from attic

    Very responsive. Thorough investigation. Extremely knowledgable technician - Joel. Identified all entry points and provided humane removal of squirrel. Went above and beyond by sealing all openings in addition to repairing the areas of the soffit that were damaged due to the squirrel and secured all loose aluminum. I am so pleased with the service that I have already forwarded the name and contact information to my contacts in property management for future use. Thank you!

    Raccoon proofing my roof

    Quick and efficient - installation of a one way trap door over a vent hole (that a raccoon created), installation of customer wire cages over existing roof vents, patching of squirrel hole and replacing eve spouting.

    Red Squirrels and Starlings

    I'm so pleased with Joel from Gates Wildlife Control. I just moved into this house and the electrician alerted me to some problems in the attic. I waited a few weeks (hoping the problem would magically go away) and then heard the pitter patter of little feet upstairs. Joel came on time and thoroughly evaluated the issue and determined the animals that were making my attic their home. His approach was to install one-way doors on their entrance spots on the roof to allow them to leave the attic but not return. He then came back twice while the doors were installed to make sure the squirrels were gone before removing the doors and sealing up the gaps. I'm so delighted with Gates and with Joel's work.

    Squirrels got into the attic.

    There was a party in the attic which the home owner did not want. Squirrels thought they found a home for the winter. AAA Gates Wildlife Control came the very next morning. Inspected the roof and confirmed I had a hole in the roof. They also went into my attic to check what damage may have been done. That is when he spotted two squirrels. He placed a one way trapped door for them to leave but could not get back in. Came back and inspected to confirm they left and then repaired the hole.

    Unwanted Guest

    I receive a call from my husband the Friday morning that he heard a loud thump in our fireplace. Luckly the flute was closed because an animal had made itself very comfortable in our fireplace. I had used this company several years ago and was very happy with the service. I was told they had no one that could come out on that same day but would do their best. Their best is FANTASTIC! I cannot say enough regarding the service. I called at 10:30 and they had sent someone out by noon even though they didn't have anyone to spare the company managed to get someone to us. The technician Tony was the best, checked everything out, explained everything very very good!! My daughter had a problem several years ago and I recommended this company and she too was extremely satisfied. I will never use any other company, the best in what they do and the best with customer service.

    Pest control

    A friend of mine used this service for a pest problem and provided me with the contact info when I ran into the same problem. This company was quick to respond to my email and to set up an appointment quickly to resolve my problem. They arrived on time and worked efficiently to resolve my pest issue and to prevent further issues. I'll be recommending this company to any friends/family who need assistance with pest control.

    Wildlife removal from attic

    From our first contact with the reception to the worker (Joel) who came to do the work, it was 1st class service. The people in the company act like they want to be in the business and do their best in their work.
