    animal control

    Assessed situation. Put up trap door & screening. Will provide follow up visit to ensure animal is removed.

    Wild animals removal

    Excellent! Responsive! Prompt! I was so impressed with professionalism, follow up and overall excellent customer service. I will absolutely use them again!

    Wildlife removal

    Great customer service. Boris, was fantastic at following up and ensuring all issues were addressed. Reliable and fast! My problem has been resolved and all areas of the damaged roof were taken care of .

    Squirrel removal from the attic

    We had squirrel in the attic, and Tony performed very good work, very professional. Inspection and completion was done in an hour.

    Pest Control

    My wife heard a bird in one of our vents so she looked up "bird removal in Durham region" and she found AAA Gates Wildlife Control. They were very professional and friendly on the phone. Boris came out and was also very professional and polite and broke down what he would be doing and why. The cost was very affordable. I am more than pleased with the work that Boris did. Thank you Gates.

    Red Squirrel removal

    Thoroughly pleased with Gates Wildlife Control. From the very prompt and professional follow up (by email and phone call) to the 3 visits Chris made to our house, I was impressed with the thoroughness and professionalism of Gates' approach. I had called other companies and got the feeling they were more fly-by-night operations, so went with Gates. Very glad we did. Chris came to the house three times - first to assess and then do the necessary work; second and third visits to check that the squirrel had not returned and permanently seal up the entrance hole. I am sure I could have paid less to another company, but honestly, I am so tired of dealing with contractors who don't know what they're doing, or are not professional in the way they conduct their business. I was very pleased with Gates and would recommend them to anyone. Hopefully I never need to use their services again (for future squirrel visitors), but if I do, I won't hesitate to call them

    Squirrel (s) entering my house via hole near the eaves.

    Excellent, professional services to diagnose, resolve and prevent future problems. Good communication, reliable service and very pleasant personelle. Hopefully I won't need them again!

    Squirrel problem

    After hearing the pitter patter of little feet above me and the sound of chewing, I checked out Gates Wildlife Control after hearing their commercial on the radio. Got a fast appointment with a very courteous Chris who checked out the perimeter and the roof before explaining we had red squirrels who will stop at nothing to get where they want to go. Less than 2 hours later he had added a one way door and cages around our roof vents with the promise of frequent monitoring and a one year guarantee. A very pleasant transaction and I look forward to no more chewing sounds.

    Great Customer Service!

    Called Gates AAA on a recommendation from the Toronto Humane Society. I forgot I had used them a few years ago. I have an aging home in downtown Toronto and it's easy for wildlife to chew a way in. I had a gang of squirrels living in my veranda roof again. Joel from Gates arrived on time. Did a thorough inspection and pointed out four access points in my home. He wrote up an estimate, it was more than the usual cost for this service due to numerous problem areas that needed flashing sealing. He placed the exit gate and later that night we saw five squirrels on the roof trying to get back in. A couple days later Gates returned and assessed the results and removed the exit. A job well done!
