    Noises in the attic

    Called because we had heard noises in the attic and walls. Chris started by inspecting the complete house perimeter to determine signs of entry. He was satisfied that no unwanted visitors were gaining entry to the attic. He also commented on the Work performed by our roofer and how their efforts had thwarted any intrusion. To complete his assessment Chris entered the attic and found traces of mouse activity. He then proceeded to outline a less costly solution. Great guy, great service and they are above and beyond our expectations. Highly recommendable!!!

    Wildlife Control

    We are very happy with the service Nick (and another young man whose name I'm afraid I didn't get) provided. We had some very persistent raccoons who had made a hole in our roof, and Nick came the day we called ... and then again when we called a couple weeks later after the raccoons tried to open another part of our roof (and which he very kindly did not charge us for). Not only was Nick very responsive, but he was a pleasure to deal with and very knowledgeable. We will definitely recommend AAA Gates to others in our situation.

    Fast, Friendly and Professional Service!

    I called AAA Gates Wildlife Control in the morning and they were able to provide an onsite quote and install the 1-way door to get rid of our pesky squirrel intruder within hours! Boris was polite, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the removal process, the squirrels seasonal habits and patterns. He performed a thorough assessment on the roof, gables, soffit and facia and found the issue quickly. He explained all of my options for future protection (found another adjacent entry way starting) and the warranty very clearly. He will return in a few days to remove the 1-way door and seal up the entry way with the galvanized screening. I found Gates Wildlife on Homestars and I am very happy with the level of service I received. I'm glad I took the time to review the experiences people had with the company before I called. The price was fair and the experience from the time to taking my call to the onsite quote and work completed was exactly how a professional business should operate.

    Wildlife removal

    Responded to call immediately and provided regular updates regarding issue. Staff were helpful and knowledgable. The work is guaranteed and the business is reputable.

    Birds in our bathroom exhaust vent

    We had birds in our upstairs bathroom exhaust vent. I called Gates and they were able to come out the next day. Before beginning any work, Tony called me to confirm what he'd found, give me a quote and ask if I wanted him to complete the work on the spot. He installed a cage to allow anything that was inside to escape (but not re-enter) and came back a week later to remove the cage and install a new exhaust vent cover. Gates was a pleasure to deal with at every point in my interaction. I would use them again (but hope I don't have to!).

    Removal of Skunks

    GREAT JOB! We had just moved into our new home, and there were skunks living under the shed. We have a small dog and no time for SKUNKS. Nick was excellent and very knowledgable he came out accessed the situation and explained what would be done and a quote was given. Within a few days everything was done and NO MORE SKUNKS! I have to see these two gentlemen worked very hard at getting the work done in extreme heat!! I Have noticed some skunks trying to get in again but NO SUCCESS!!! Thank you Nick and gates wildlife. We would recommend this company for sure, and we will be using them again if WE MUST in the future!

    Humane animal handling

    I love Gates! When a squirrel appeared in my home-office, I asked the Humane Society to recommend an ethical company to move it back outdoors. Gates solved the problem fast; they clearly love and understand animals, so they know how to maintain the boundaries between critter space and human space kindly but firmly.

    Prompt, Humane removal of red squirrels from my attic.

    Heard scratching and scurrying noises in my attic. Previous company I called said it was mice after looking in the attic and put bait there. Noises became worse and worse. I then called Gates Wildlife. Blake came and diagnosed the problem in minutes WITHOUT entering the attic or the house. He found the entry and was spot on with the animal that was the perpetrator - red squirrels. Blake even took the time to educate me on the difference between the red squirrel and the black and grey squirrels. Blake neatly and efficiently fenced off the area but allowed for an exit but no entry. Blake even returned the next day - the Friday before the holiday weekend - to make sure all is well. He came today and checked - all is well. No sounds that keep me awake in the evening or rattle my nerves in the morning. All done humanely - no harm to the squirrels. Polite, professional, knowledgeable and A+++ service. Wouldn't it be amazing if every company was as knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Thank you!

    Raccoon invasion

    Nick came to our home and put our minds at ease. We thought we had a raccoon invasion but Nick confirmed that no damage was done and he did this while we had a major downpour ! Highly recommend this company!!!
