    Squirrel Excavation!

    Justin with Wildlife Control was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Some squirrels managed to sneak their way into some exposed brick and decided to make a home for themselves there, they'd also damaged some wiring. Justin was able to very quickly assess and resolve the situation for us. He was very courteous, professional and was very thorough in his explanations to us. I would highly recommend his work and their organization!

    Squirrel's in the attick

    Last fall we heard squirrels trying to break in through our eaves and called Gates, they came promptly and solved the problem. very efficient and courteous. Moreover a couple of weeks back we noticed what looked like another hole at the opposite end of the house, the rep came out and checked but found that the hole was old and was not accessible - as there was nothing for him do do he left and didn't charge us. Excellent service both times....

    PROFESSIONAL, EFFICIENT, RESPECTFUL

    Had sounds coming from the roof over a particular window and what appeared to be coming from the attic during the night. Thought it might be an animal. Called AAA Gates because they had done excellent work expelling squirrels from my attic in the past. The team that came to my house were so pleasant and professional. They did a thorough inspection of the roof and the window location. They discovered that the problem was not animals but a structural problem in a window which caused sounds when it was windy. The problem has been corrected. They are an honest, experienced and professional company. I highly recommend them.

    Hi Moore, it is not uncommon for our customers to hear noises in their homes that they think is caused by animals. Sometimes the noise is caused by tree branches rubbing against the roof or the beeping sound of a low battery signal from a smoke detector.     Bird's nest removal

    I hired Gates to remove a long standing bird's nest from my vent and prevent squirrels from entering the attic space. They arrived assessed the situation, provided a fair quote and completed the job courteously and professionally. I would highly recommend them to deal with any unwanted wildlife!

    Attic Raccoons

    I had raccoon's living in my attic, and after using another contractor unsuccessfully, I called Gates' on a Sunday morning. They returned my call within an hour and were on location the next morning. They inspected the area, closed up several holes with heavy duty mesh and put in a one-way door to facilitate the raccoon's departure. They checked back on several occasions and once the raccoon (and babies) were gone, they came and sealed everything. If you ever have a need for any wildlife control, these are the guys to call first! Professional, knowledgable and reasonably priced for the service and expertise you get. I would definitely recommend them and never hesitate to use them again if I need to.

    Great Company...but I think the rep. was a little lazy.

    In January, Gates sent a rep to remove a raccoon and block in the hole in our roof. They had been to the house before years earlier, and we had a great positive experience. This time the rep. didn't want to disturb the raccoon and just installed a one way door. And thanks to the mild winter he examined the roof, etc. After a week went buy, they came back to seal up the One way door since I hadn't heard any noise. After the first service, they up-sold some pest control treatment, I really felt he did the absolute minimum for the extra fee. I had to plea with him to treat some common areas and the garage. In the attic, he didn't want to do much since the raccoon was there. We ended up having to call another company a week ago, due to the mice (and I hope another raccoon that had been decomposing) and smelling up the attic area. I know Gates is a great company and our first experience was AAAMAZING (also a removal of some baby raccoons, and a one way door for the mom to come out and move her babies). The most recent visit, was much less than I expected from a premium priced service provider. It was also a little harder to get them to come in quickly (a 2-3 day wait) versus the company we just used (about a 12 hour wait). Regardless, of the company, it comes down to the personnel they send to your home. As an animal lover, I understand balancing the needs of wildlife, with that of the homeowner; but I really felt the lack of effort was out of laziness and/or lack of care/training, versus the best resolution.

    Thank you for helping to evict the pigeons !

    We live in Brooklin, Ontario and had Pigeons move into our 2 story home via a drainage spout on our upstairs balcony. Then they had babies. They made their nest in our soffit(?sp) and could be heard in the ceiling of our garage. Peter came back 4 times to make sure they were all gone and eliminated their access to our home. He even fashioned an ingenious, humane escape route for one pigeon that refused to leave. He ensured that once it came out, it couldn't go back in. So happy with the service. Professional, knowledgeable and patient. I would use them again (but, I don't think i'll have to for this situation) and I would highly recommend AAA Gates Wildlife Control. No pigeons were harmed in this eviction process ! Thanks so much :-).

    Noise in the attic

    We had just recently purchased a new home when we heard some noises in the attic so I called AAA Gates Wildlife Removal and they came and assessed the attic and took care of the situation very efficiently. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends

    Birds nest removal from bathroom vent

    Pete N did a great job of relocating a starlings nest and its three chicks from within a bathroom vent duct to a new temporary nest in a repurposed milk jug. Pete installed a new vent cover and a mesh grill to prevent further nesting in the vent. Pete located the temporary nest close to the old site so that the mother bird would continue to nurture her chicks until fledged. The happy outcome is that today the three chicks flew off with their mother and I have a new protected vent. Thanks Pete

    Professional Service

    I would highly recommend AAA Gates Wildlife Control to anybody in need of dealing with unexpected guests. This was not the first time I hired this company to help. The team is very friendly and helpful from booking the appointment to finishing the job. This time they helped to remove a bird's nest (with grown birds) hidden in the soffit of the roof. They were very efficient and professional and explained the situation in detail. The fees was also reasonable.
