    Squirrel Evacuation

    I contacted AAA Gates Wildlife Control, after searching both online and via HomeStars for a company that would humanely evict a squirrel family that had taken up residence in the soffit area of my roof. Joel, was thorough in investigating any potential problem areas in the roof line. He was friendly, knowledgeable and he very patiently answered all of my questions. All areas with issue were sealed & a one way exit with a wood plank was set up to assist the younger squirrels out. A few days later Joel returned, sealed the hole & leveled off the eaves trough which was on an angle, likely from the squirrel activity.Thanks so much Joel!!! The service was excellent and very importantly, also humane. Much appreciated! I would highly recommend this company.

    Squirrel in Chimney

    4 years ago I gave a review regarding a squirrel problem. Last year we called Gates again for a squirrel problem in a different location. We had a DIY cap on an unused kitchen chimney, which had become detached. I was hearing pitter-patter and scratching sounds in the kitchen and in the room above it. Dan from Gates cheerfully clambered on to our high roof and tall chimney. He quickly determined that a squirrel had gone down the chimney , but because of a clay liner at the top, it couldn't get back up. He lowered a rope, installed a one-way door and food bait. A couple of days later, he came back, saw that the food was eaten, and put a secure cap on the chimney. No more scratching, no more squirrel. Gates is more expensive than many pest companies, but everything is done in a safe and professional way, and the problem is solved.

    Bird Removal

    I had birds in my soffit and in the medallion on my house. Within 2 days I had an appointment and the birds taken care of. The soffit was screwed in properly and the medallion secured with a grate. This was the best and most efficient service I ever received. I have already recommended the company to everyone I know. What a pleasant experience this was!

    Raccons

    Highly recommend. Raccoons discovered in my backyard. I thought they were moving in under the sunroom. My landlord asked me to call Gates'. Prompt/convenient assessment. Pete was very helpful, professional and honest. He let me know not active problem, why animals are in my yard and how to reduce possible future visits. Please call this company for any wildlife problem you will be completely satisfied. Pete provided his expertise for this visit but left me with confidence. Gates' will be the first company I call and refer without second thoughts.

    Wildlife Removal/Prevention - Roof

    I emailed the office and was contacted the next day. Tara in the office was pleasant and efficient and the assessment was done the very same day. The quote was very reasonable. I loved that they were not only going to fix the one problem area, but secure potential problem areas on my roof to prevent any raccoons from getting in in the future. The whole process was seamless and easy. I was terrified to tackle this problem, but Tara, Pete and Joel made it so easy. I would highly reccommend!! Thanks!

    Raccoon Removal

    Chris came to my home within 24 hours of calling the service. He was very professional. The work was guaranteed and when I had to call back a few months later he was at my home promptly. Great customer service and great price. I would recommend you call AAA Gates Wildlife Control before anyone else.

    Wildlife control

    Chris was professional, competent, personable (and informative). He takes pride in his work and did a thorough job. He also removed some hard-to-reach vines and touched-up some caulking, which was very helpful.

    Removal of a dead raccoon

    Nick did a fabulous job! Nick surveyed the area to see what was the best possible way to access the crawl space and minimize the damage to lattice. He carefully removed the lattice below the veranda to access the carcass. There was a huge dead raccoon to remove, which had begun to smell very badly. Nick was a professional through-out considering the very bad smell. Nick was punctual and courteous. Thank you Nick!

    Wildlife removal

    Blake from Gates Wildlife removal was very professional and courteous with my rrd squirrel problem, price he gave me was fair and work was done as per discussed, very satisfied with his work and will definitely recommend Gates Wildlife Removal to my friends and family. ...also they will do follow up and warranty all their work which is great

    remove racoon from attic

    My neighbour recommended this company to me when racoon was in my attic. When I contacted the company the technician came in and did a great job to get the racoon out of the attic and fixed the damages the racoon made on the soffit and roof. At the time of working, there were more work needed to be done than originally estimated, the technician insist on honor the original contract and finished the work with no added charge.
