    Pest removal (raccoon in the attic)

    Peter cheerfully arrived Christmas Eve day as they were trying to close down business for the holiday. He assessed the problem thoroughly and professionally, provided a comprehensive quote, and took steps quickly provide a fix, provided tips to avoid the situation in the future. He advised when he would return to complete the job (standard with animal entrapment). He was very pleasant and I would not hesitate to call Gates in the future. Thanks, Peter and Merry Christmas!

    Racoon removal

    We had wonderful service from Dan who not only came out and dealt with the problem in a compassionate way but provided low cost ways of dealing with this ourselves for the future. I highly recommend this company. I was very impressed.

    Raccoon in Attic

    I got my service and trying to locate a raccoon at our attic by Nick this morning. He traced and followed the route of the raccoon and located the raccoon from the attic. He answered all my questions and concerns like the raccoon mess up the place yet ? The way that he handled the 30 feet ladder with cautious and have the safety in mind. He is well trained and definitely a professional for this work. This is my perfect decision to have AAA. It is AAA service!

Very few homeowners even consider whether or not the company they are about to hire has any health & safety training. When in reality it should be one of the first questions asked before hiring. Any employee working at heights must have Fall Protection Training and should be able to provide their certificate when asked. But health and safety training doesn't stop there. At Gates Wildlife Control, all of our technicians are extensively trained in Fall Protection, Ladder Safety, Hazard Assessment, Personal Protection Equipment etc. and comply with all government legislation. Implementation and regular training has become an important component of our company to ensure that all staff is aware of the hazards and the protective measures required to stay safe.     racoons in the roof

    PItter patter of critters in the attic for a few nights. Called AAA, they came the next morning, provided an estimate for the work with a very understandable breakdown of the fees which was really appreciated. (sometimes you feel contractors just pull a number out of their head). The did the work immediately , came back 2 days later as scheduled. I 've called them in past for squirrels, bats and have always been very pleased with their service.

    Wildlife proofing soffits/attic!

    Andrea responded promptly to our call for help. Nick (the technician assigned by Andrea) was punctual, and after a closer look at the problem suggested a reasonable solution which we discussed and accepted. This gentleman did not waste any time and was quite methodical in executing the plan of action agreed upon. He did not hesitate at getting his hands dirty and he did get his hands dirty. The price was reasonable considering the work involved. AAA Gates Wildlife Control would be the first people I would call should another wildlife issue arise in the future. Thank You Andrea and Thank You Nick.

    Raccoon problem

    Great service....called Wednesday night and they were here first thing Thursday morning, before the time quoted. Our neighbour told us that we had a lot of raccoons on the third floor balcony...this is a area that we do not use..... they destroyed the couch, and they are very comfortable in the mess they made. Joel told me a little bit about their behaviour, we are working on cleaning up the mess they made on the balcony. Joel checked to see if we had a screen covering underneath the balcony, he also checked the roof . There was no charge for him coming here. Excellent service and very friendly. Hopefully we do not have a problem in the future, but if we do, we will call AAA Gates.

    Squirrels in the Attic

    Two weeks ago, I had squirrels in our attic. The only company I trust and usually calls if I have any wildlife issues is AAA Gates. They sent NICK, one of their wildlife technicians, over to our house. He is very professional, easy to talk to, friendly, explained things what needs to be done and answered all my questions clearly. I am one happy and satisfied customer again. I highly recommend AAA Gates Wildlife Control; they are reliable, gives EXCELLENT customer service and quality work.

    Scratching in the attic...

    After hearing late night scratching in the ceiling of our spare room, we set out to find a company that could find out what it was, and remove it. AAA Gates offered a full inspection and OPTION to remove or get further quotes, all the other companies charged just to show up. Chris and his assistant showed up exactly when they said they would, inspected the roof, attic and perimeter of our house. Chris gave us an honest summary of what they found (signature signs of mouse burrowing in the attic insulation) gave us some suggestions and no high pressure sales pitches, really appreciated that. Won't hesitate to call them again.

    Removal of raccoons from attic

    After a very high quote from another company, Chris from Gates Wildlife Control came out, did a swift assessment and got right to work ridding us of our guests! Very professional and personable. A good job done for a quarter of our first quote! Use these guys, they are good and at the right price! Thanks, Amy.

Quite often they are charging for repair work that simply does not need to be done. This is just one more example of why the wildlife control industry needs to be licensed.     Getting Squirrels out of Attic

    Nick came out to fix our problem with squirrels in our attic. He was professional and fast, answered any questions I had. So pleased with the service from this company! They have great follow-up and make sure you are a happy customer. I am so relieved that my squirrel problem will be gone and that they will help if I have any other squirrel issues! If you are looking for a good company to handle animal problems I would definitely recommend Gates!
