We use AtlasCare for regular maintenance of our furnace & AC. Recently bought a water heater from them. Had a home reno last spring which did create some dust. Decided to have AtlasCare clean the ducts. Trust them and am fed up with aggravating telemarket calls from dubious sources wanting to clean ducts. AtlasCare had a sale which came in handy. Decided to throw in a drier vent cleaning as well. Crew of two arrived on time and were finished both tasks in under two hours. Very polite young men. Wide range of payment options. Got a loyalty discount as well which is much appreciated. During the duct cleaning, a wire in the furnace humidifier was accidently cut but they called AtlasCare office right away and arranged for a technician to drop by later the same day to fix that issue. AtlasCare is a very good vendor.

The job was completed professionally and courteously. I was updated on arrival time and how long the job would take to complete. They cleaned up after themselves and were very respectful of my time and my home.

The two gentlemen were very professional and honest with what needed to get done. Our ducts had not been cleaned in a while and they took the extra time to ensure everything was done properly, including spraying disinfectant to get rid of the debris that had accumulated over the years. Will definitely use their services again!

Excellent, professional service by everyone you deal with at the company. Chris was great. Arrived within 2 hours when my furnace stopped working and returned quickly to complete repairs after parts were received. Elizabeth was great as well, working hard to find available parts.

My boiler's ancient and always breaking down. Atlas always solves the problem of the day (or night). Some day I'll get a new boiler from them but until then I have them on speed dial :)

Very good service, lots of info given over phone and email including a discount and some free disinfectant thrown in. We were given a 4 hour window for arrival and 2.5 hours for service. 2 hours into the window, we got a call saying they'd arrive in 10 minutes. Appreciated that. Deshaun and Garrett were super professional and courteous, keeping our home clean and explaining the process. Before and after photos showed a significant difference. Would use them again

The technician (Alex) arrived within 2hr window of appointment, was very thorough, answered all my questions (including on duct cleaning services). Very professional, and courteous, I will use them again in the future.

The installer for the chimney liner was on time and very efficient. For the furnace Dave D. and Alex S. were on time polite, tidy and efficient. They explained everything to me when the job was finished and completed the work ahead of the schedule which I was given.

Called Atlas to clean ducts for my house that recently underwent construction. Ducts were visibly filled with dust. They arrived and found my furnace room poorly designed to the point where they could not reach the main duct to attach their equipment. I asked what they needed and they patiently gave me instructions and time to break a hole in the drywall so they could reach the duct. They explained the entire process, let me do a once-over to check that I was satisfied with their work, and sealed everything off cleanly before they finished and left. I was very satisfied with the entire experience and would hire them again.
