    Duct Cleaning

    I have always been 100% satisfied with this excellent company! Yesterdays duct cleaning was no exception. They have great employees. Yesterday it was Ricardo and Anthony. Keep up the excellent standard of work!!

    Humidifier install gone wrong

    The service I've experienced from Atlas has been slow, unknowledgeable and frustrating. We had someone from Atlas come by to look at our HVAC system and diagnose our low humidity levels. He suggested a more powerful humidifier. A new humidifier was installed a couple of months ago and that's where things went south. The technicians complained about not knowing how to use the Nest thermostat and at one point they seemed confused with the plumbing for in floor radiant heat. A few calls to their colleagues and Google searches later, everything was working fine. Just over a month later the humidifier started making a buzzing noise. Another tech came out for a visit and diagnosed the problem as being a broken solenoid on the new humidifier, due to the hot water it was running from. Another tech then came a few weeks later to replace the valve. At first he also seemed confused with the Nest. After replacing the parts in the humidifier it turns out it was still making the buzzing noise. He suggested that a relay should've been installed when the new humidifier was installed and that the voltage has been wrong since then. A relay has been ordered, let's see how this saga ends. The techs have been really friendly and courteous but nobody seems to know what they're doing, nor have a solution that works. I'm incredibly frustrated with the delays and what appears to be an inability to get the job done right. Although Atlas was recommended by family, I can't fathom recommending them to anyone else. UPDATE: Atlas eventually sent a very experienced, knowledgeable and friendly technician to fix the system and make it right. I'm glad they followed through to make things work the way they were supposed to. They should have sent him in the first place.

    Furnace replacement

    My furnace broke down at around 3am on Sunday morning November 20th. Contacted AtlasCare at 7am, explained to them my situation and at 2:30pm their salisman, Ron Robinson arrived at my house to give me a quote. Later that afternoon received a quote from a competitor that left my wife and I speechless. Right then and there we decided to go with AtlasCare. Contacted Ron Robinson and told him to proceed with the order. At 8:30 on Monday November 21st their technicians Dave D. and Alex S. Arrived at my house with the new furnace and by 2:00pm we had heat in my home. For their excellent service and professionalism, coupled with Ron Robinson expedient work I can't thank AtlasCare enough for expediting my order. A special thank you to Mike Grochmal for possessing a special group of sales people and excellent technicians.

    Furnace Tune up

    As always Atlas have done an excellent job. Today we had Alex B who came on time and spent time making sure our furnace was ready for winter. He was really good explaining what was done and giving me some advice on how to keep our furnace running without problems. He even took the time to say hi to my dog and complement her. Thank you Atlas your service always have been excellent!

    Duct Cleaning

    Our service was delivered in a prompt and efficient manner. The technician was conscientious in ensuring the house was kept clean and provided me with an explanation of all work to be carried out. He called prior to his arrival and head office called the previous day to confirm the appointment. We use AtlasCare for all our heating and cooling needs as well and have been satisfied for the past 17 years.

    Hot summer night

    This review is late!!! My air conditioner broke in the summer. Kyle from Atlas Air came out and worked well into the night trying to fix it. No luck. The next day, Nemo from the office, was successful in getting me a new unit. Kyle came and installed it. They were both friendly and professional. It is working well. I have been with Atlas since about 1997.....in three different homes. I keep using them and trusting their service.

    Annual furnace PM service

    VERY happy with the service tech -- Alex B. He was extremely curteous, clean, & efficient. He was on time, and explained everything to my satisfaction. Would welcome him back anytime.

    Annual Service on Furnace

    Our service tech (Alex) was friendly and timely. He didn't waste our time he went right to work when he arrived. Reassured us everything looked good. And I love how Atlas calls us to remind us our HVAC and furnace checks are due. With our busy schedules its nice to know someone is looking out for us.

    Furnace replacement.

    Atlas for may years now has been maintaining our furnace and air conditioning equipment. Our heat stopped working on the weekend and with the help of online search sites we discovered that their quote for a new furnace was not only one of the most reasonable it comes with discounts from 3 sources, all explained in full by a sales representative who came out on a Sunday morning.! Our furnace was replaced on Monday morning! Can't say enough about their professionalism, care and understanding.

    Central Air conditioner

    I have been a loyal customer of AtlasCare for many years. Atlas alerted me that our existing air conditioner had exceeded its expected life by many years. Verifying this independently, I decided to replace the unit rather than wait for a breakdown. The installation constraints were unusual and I worked successfully with Atlas to select a specialized unit and an appropriate installation location. (We were lucky that the old unit lasted. It was supplied and installed by another company but not in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. This came to my attention when we considered the replacement.) Atlas was responsive to the particular circumstances. The unit was professionally and efficiently installed. Atlas stands behind their work by including its own warranty beyond the manufacturer's. A central air conditioner is not a commodity plug-in appliance. Therefore it is important to select an experienced and qualified supplier/contractor who can properly advise on suitable products for the situation and install the product with care and expertise. There are many bad reviews of air conditioners generally and I suspect that dissatisfaction frequently arises due to unsatisfactory equipment choices and installation.
