I run a home daycare and have a severely asthmatic son so keeping the air clean. When Anthony Y. and Travis P. arrived they were very polite and extremely friendly. They right away put on shoe covers and then Travis explained the whole process to me. It was a very cold day and they were very mindful of how much and how often they had to open the door because of the daycare kids. They worked around us and were very polite when needing to work around the kids. The kids were excited by the new faces and Travis and Anthony were so kind and waved back and talked to them. I have had other companies do duct cleaning before as well as other crews from Atlas and these two were by far the most polite, courteous and professional crew we have ever had.

Duct cleaning and bacteria treatment in single, detached home. On schedule, as advertised , and pleasant helpful staff (Deshawn). Would use again. Took approximately 5 days from initial order to completed work. 2 1/4 hours of labour.

I'd called Atlas Care and in 2 hours the serviceman Chris was at my door. He was courteous and knowledgeable he found the problem and the parts were ordered immediately, soon after, he finished the job. I have been using AtlasCare for my furnace and air conditioning service for a number of years and have been very satisfied with the attention to detail when they service my hvac units. Ryan was here today and he thoroughly explained what he had undertaken and provided advice on filters and what he is keeping an eye upon. It is great to feel that you have a person who cares taking care of some important components of your home.

Alex B came to complete the annual furnace tune up as part of our furnace maintenance plan. He was pleasant and courteous and we're very happy with the service we receive from Atlas care. Thankfully, there've been no more furnace breakdowns since we signed up two years ago!

Your response to a "No Heat" call on our furnace was excellent. Your technician, Stephanie, responded late on a Sunday night, as her last call of a long day, and had our furnace back up and running in minutes! She did a very thorough job.

I bought my furnace and air conditioner and hot water heater from Atlas Care based on the ratings I read on HOMESTARS. I was TOTALLY pleased by the installation and the professional service of this company. Today I had a service visit by ALEX B and once again the word is PROFESSIONAL! I totally recommend this company,

Unbelievable service!! Germain arrived on time. Very cordial, friendly, very professional. Superlative service. Never had a rep educate me the way Germain did. Explained what he did, why he did it, and what benefits I might expect as a result. Also, took time to educate me about my system. Never experienced that before! Travis came to our home and clearly explained the process. He was very thorough, polite and professional. Afterwards showed me pictures of what he was able to remove. I'm very happy with what was done!
