    Paul from Atlas came out quick and explained what was wrong with our AC. Customer service was good and the issue seems to be fixed.

    Atlas care contacted me after I showed interest through HomeStars. William was polite and helpful in setting up a service call for my A/C unit. Ilio arrived the next day to check the unit. He was efficient and no-nonsense explaining that it would be best to replace the unit as it was almost 10 years old. He was able to schedule a sales call for the following day with Abdel who was friendly, personable and explained all options. The only hitch occurred when the installation team phoned in sick for the scheduled installation day and I learned of this just at the end of the arrival window. Matthew in office assured us of next-day installation and this did happen through Gurpreet S and his hardworking team. Abdel was able to obtain a signficant rebate on the unit for our trouble and provided an updated invoice a few days later. Despite this hiccup I would certainly recommend and use Atlas in the future. Many thanks to all involved.

    Unfortunately we were left high and dry during a heatwave. They service ACs and couldn’t get parts within two weeks to fix an AC??? No call backs . No follow up. The benefit- full refund even for the diagnostic.
