Crew arrived on time. We encountered a bump a few days later and emergency tech was rude and unhelpful. However, another tech came by the next day during regular business hours. Hopefully the issue is resolved.

Atlascare people are the friendliest, most courteous to walk in our house. Travis is one of those and he cleaned our ducts today. He answered all our questions and performed his job with expertise and a smile.

We needed to have our furnace replaced for future home renovations. We shopped around and received quotes from 3 different companies and AtlasCare provided the most complete and detailed information. Upon the work being done, the workers (Dave D, Venecio B and Adam M) arrived at the exact time we were told they would arrive, which is usually not the case from other companies, they were friendly, professional and clean throughout the whole process, they wore little booties over their work boots and even brought out the red carpet for our floors, a really nice touch. Although they were not the cheapest for comparable work, the fact that the AtlasCare is ISO certified speaks volume and they keep up to their standard.

Installers came promptly as stated. Four technicians worked quickly, efficiently, pleasantly and professionally. Explained system carefully, new thermostat, new pipes. Cleaned up impeccably before they left. Our salesrep Dave Grassby said he would give us his most experienced crew and he did. Called Atlas for the first time this week when my AC was leaking 9L of water a day into my basement. The Technician arrive right at the top of the scheduled window and she diagnosed our problems right away. She also identified some other issues with the original install, that she was able to fix on the spot at no additional cost. We were very happy with the professional service and signed up for their care plan.

After an in-house pre-inspection and $9500 estimate, followed by a $2500 deposit, we were all set up to have AtlasCare replace our HVAC system. Their guys came this morning and did not bring the right equipment to install the AC unit on top of our 4th story town house. The manager emailed this afternoon to say that they won't be able to do the job at our unit and asked us to call one of their competitors instead (Dupont or Alpine Air). Really?? Won't be recommending these amateurs to anybody.

Excellent service. Fast and thorough . Friendly. Put on shoe protectors before entering home. Advised of what to watch for in the future. Being as I was a passed maintenance manager I was very impressed. If I was hiring he would be my first pick as a maintenance worker.

Needed a new AC unit in the middle of a heatwave. Old one gave it up and one week later - two AtlasCare visits and I have a new unit which is cooling my home wonderfully. Thanks to Dave D. and Adam M!

Very professional job, very much satisfied with technicians and the whole job. I think price was too high, mainly considering I have a monthly payment plan for my furnace and air conditioner.

on the hottest and most humid Saturday of the year, my AC died. Turned out my whole HVAC system had failed and there was no reviving it. Recalling I had heard about AtlasCare on the radio, I called. Someone came within 30 minutes! Although he gave me the bad news, his professionalism gave me some comfort. Someone from sales came the next day to give me a quote. More bad news, but again - approached the situation in the best way possible. The system was installed yesterday. Took seven hours, but the three installers couldn't have been nicer and today my house is cool. They explained everything - warranties, filter changes, servicing, etc. Great guys. I HIGHLY recommend AtlasCare!
