I was NOT a happy girl to discover (on one of the hottest weekends of the year so far) that my old AC unit had finally given up and died on me. We looked online for some companies to investigate and one in particular stood out: Atlas Care. This was mainly due to the extremely high amount of good reviews on homestars.com as well as the comments that had been submitted. Our first contact was with Erin, who was very prompt in responding to our request for an in-home estimate, as well as providing us with the contact info for the estimator should we need to change the appointment. Matthew (our hip, in-home estimator) came to our house and was a pure delight to deal with! He didn't even mind our two large, urban horses (aka 150 lb American Akitas). He kept me in the loop as far as how everything was proceeding as well as answering any other questions I had, regardless of how ridiculous they may have been. Install day came and I was even more impressed with the crew of Mark, Adam and Lindsay who came into my house, protected all my floor surfaces like they were their own, and set down to work. The work was efficient, tidy and the install appearance was stellar! It looked amazing! Ya, I know...hard to think how a furnace and AC unit could look amazing, but all the caulking and sealing was precision perfect, everything was clean and straight and it really did look fantastic. They ran into a slight hiccup with my decades old wiring for my old units and they ended up having to run completely new wiring to be able to hook both units up and have them functioning perfectly. This extra work took them quite some time past what should have been the end of the install, delaying the start of their weekends, even meaning a VERY LOOOOONG drive home for at least one of the crew. They insisted on making sure that myself, my husband and my two very burly, winter-type dogs were comfortable, something I particularly was extremely grateful for. I can not tell you how impressed I have been with this entire process. I have been, and will be recommending Atlas Care to any and all who will listen. We never did investigate any of the other companies we viewed online, and I can say with absolute certainty that I am VERY glad we didn't. They were on top of the list for a reason, and with customer care and assistance such as we received, they will remain there for a very long time. Thanks so much for all the great work! Cleaned air duct, 2 hours and done. Great job,great guys, and house left clean. Had a air conditioner and new furnace done with them a few months ago and returned again.

We have been an Atlas customer for over 20 years and now are considering the purchase of a new furnace for our home after being in this house for over 50 years. The fact that we consider buying with Atlas says something about our trust in your company. We were impressed with the two young men, Travis and Anthony P who did our Duct Cleaning on Friday , June 17; they worked politely and efficiently on the job .

My service technician Eric was great. Showed up on time and was very professional. Great attitude - very knowledgeable. Fixed problem quickly and was very courteous. Highly recommend this company.

The technicians Deshawn and Garrett were very professional and very courteous. They took the time to explain what they were planning to do. I would highly recommend Atlas Care to friends and family. I have been using Atlas Care for many years and I have always been extremely satisfied with the service provided. Deshawn and Garrett are certainly an asset for the company.

Installation day is a nightmare. Do not use them. I had taken a day off to get a quote, had thorough inspection of the basement done, explanation of plumbing requirements needed for new furnaces that need drainage for condensation. We discussed the options and I decided what I wanted. None of that information given to the installation guys, they even ran the exhaust pipe across the wrong side of the room - which I also discussed extensively with Jeff Maund. Instead of being discretely along the duct work, easy to box in later, it is on the wrong side of the room, first thing you see, and we will have to make another bulkhead in the room to hide it - against a cement wall so I don't even know how we will do that, probably have to pay someone now. Installation day I couldn't be there, installation guys don't have the information I gave the sales guy. My husband is trying to explain it, installation guy is trying to explain it, it sounds different from any options I was told before. I was told I could get a plumber in anytime before it got cold to connect the drainage to the indoor pipes, now we are trying to get a hold of one today to talk to the installers to see if they can tell them what must be done. Mass confusion, quarrelling with my husband on the phone. I had other jobs to ask the plumber about but he might be coming today instead of later because of all this confusion. Jeff said we didn't need a new thermostat, installation guy says we do and they place it so far off where the old one was that we will have to do more patch work there. Jeff asked about our humidifier on the duct work, I said don't worry about it, has never worked the 9 years we have been here - but there it is, all installed on the new duct work, shiny new pipes going into it! Less important, the AC unit is huge, not what was in the pamphlet at all. Why did I waste booking a vacation day to get a quote when details of our house and what we want either wasn't shared or was inaccurate? This shouldn't be this difficult. I am so mad about the pipes on the wrong side of the bedroom downstairs. The only thing Jeff heard from me and passed on to anyone, is yes I will pay for it.

My AC failed on a Sunday afternoon of 30 degree-plus day. Within 2 hours of my call, AtlasCare had dispatched a technician (Stephanie) to my house. Stephanie very quickly diagnosed the problem (blown capacitor) and had the unit back up and running in no time, for a very reasonable price under the circumstances. Overall I was very impressed with AtlasCare's responsiveness, and with Stephanie's skill and professionalism.

I would highly recommend AtlasCare. The sales representative Margaret was very thorough and did not pressure me to make a decision. The installers Gary and Gabriel were very professional and courteous. The installation went smoothly and they cleaned up so well that you would not know they had been in the house. Customer service from start to finish was A+.

David D & Adam M were the consummate professionals. Extremely happy with their work and explanation. They were considerate and kind. Had a very positive experience. Proud to be a customer!

After dodging hundreds of duct cleaning calls I finally decided it was time to get our ducts cleaned out to help with the cooling of the top floor or our home. Although I will have to wait for a warm day to test whether it worked or not I did want to say that Alex and Deshawn were incredibly professional and did a great job of completing the work and leaving my home cleaner than when they started!
