I happened to be working from home and got a call from AtlasCare to schedule a requested duct cleaning; they were able to fit me in within the hour. The technicians (Garrett and Deshawn) were friendly and professional. They were respectful of our home, kept things clean and tidy, and worked efficiently. When the job was completed, I was given a walk through of what they completed. Thanks guys!

We have an annual heating & service contract with This company. We are immensely satisfied with their service, their very qualified technicians & will recommend this company to everyone who are looking for an annual contract or their products.

New furnace but was never able to run my air conditioning. Had a little trouble getting through as was weekend, but when I finally did, got a call back. Aaron figured out the problem and now itès all good!

I initially met with Jeff Maund to discuss the project and get a quote. He was knowledgeable, informative and a pleasure to work with. He asked questions and tried to understand the house to ensure I got the proper system. I had two other quotes that did not do any of the work Jeff did. The installation team was very personable, easy to deal with and extremely good at what they did. The whole job was a success. After the job was completed there was a small water leak and they were out same day to repair. My furnace has been running extremely well, low noise and much more efficient than my old one. My air conditioner has been working wonderfully also. This is a very professional company that take customer service seriously. I would highly recommend them.

Stephanie - Arrived to do my annual AC tune-up right on time. She was polite, professional and well-informed about her job. Stephanie listened to my concerns about my furnace (14 years old) and assured me it was in good running order due to my annual tune-ups. She also alerted me to my aging hot water tank and offered the new hot water tank rent-to-own service thru AtlasCare. I will consider this service shortly. I will ask for her again to do my furnace tune-up in the fall. Great job Stephanie!

Mark from Atlas Care arrived this morning on time. He completed a very thorough review and annual maintenance of our heating and air conditioning systems including cleaning and replacing filters, and fixing a system that was not grounded according to building code. Mark was very professional, very knowledgeable. We've used Atlas Care for heating and AC work for years, and they have always been an excellent service provider, reliable, responsive and reasonable.

Quite professionally handled from the Sales Rep. Jeff M to installers, Gary and Venecio. The installers were courteous and explained what they were doing. Cleaned up the job site and used mats on the floor and shoe covers while in house.

The technicians (Travis and Anthony) were punctual, professional and friendly. They were very respectful, to ensure their feet were covering when walking throughout the house. In addition, the took the time before to explain what they were planning to do as well as the time required. When completed they explained what they had completed and were very professional.
