The technician ( Eric) was on time, very courteous and efficient. We have a service contract since they installed a furnace and air conditioner a couple of years ago and are very happy with the performance.

Jeff came to do estimate. He was professional. I got another estimate which was cheaper (also Lennox) but not current models. Installation crew was very good. Job was more difficult than planned but they stuck to price except a small surcharge for having to remove some small shrubs to mount outside AC units. Lines had to be changed which was not initially considered. Jeff helped with getting rebates. Showed us how to use i comfort thermostats. Made it very easy. I use them for maintenance also. Would highly recommend.

Atlas provides great service and installation - start to finish. We had to replace our AC unit - it was 25 years old and a total energy hog. I asked Atlas, who does our regular furnace maintenance, to provide a quote for a new unit. They sent Matthew out to the house, we inspected the job - took some measurements - and he provided some options at various price and efficiency levels. The whole conversation was terrific. Great explanations, weighing the options and pluses of each unit. Totally no pressure - just a great commitment to get it right. We finally settled on a plan - the pricing was very competitive and arranging the installation was arranged. It went off without a hitch, the installers were very efficient, explained everything as they went, and the clean up and disposal was phenomenal - you would not even know they were there! Can't say enough about how committed this company is to service. Very rare in my experience (don't get me started on the fridge repair company which was just the worst!). and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Great service start to finish and Matthew is the best sales guy I've ever dealt with!

Atlas maintains good customer contact. Service appointments made quickly and easily and the service techs arrive on time. Eric was thorough and professional. Everything was done in a clean neat manner, results explained, job completed. I recommend Eric and Atlas.

I have been a client of Atlas Care for 3 years at my current house and for 12 years at my previous house. Consummate professionals in every step of the process is the best summary I can provide. In this case my service tech, Leo, very professional, indicated the AC unit was toast. No surprise to me--it was passed its life span. Jeff provide the quote. Extremely professional and was clear on on all the installation details--it was a bit of a tight spot it had to go in. Gary and Dave did the installation. Perfect. Great workmanship and left everything neat as a pin. July 7, 2016: Just had a service call on Sunday for the hot water heater. Chris came out. Perfect service as always.

We had Alex, Deshawa and Garrett come by for a duct cleaning. We had never had the ducts cleaned in 14 years we have lived here. It was an amazing amount of 'stuff' - including left over renovation materials from before we moved in - that was cleaned out of our ductwork. The workers were professional and courteous. We were very impressed with their work ethic. Thank you for a job well done.

Deshawn and Garrett were polite and respectful. Took care of my home during the cleaning of the house ducts. I was very pleased with their work and would recommend Atlascare to friends and family.

Excellent service from sales rep Margaret, furnace installation technicians and duct cleaning technicians Garrett and Deshawn. Margaret always easy to reach; I was provided with many options and incentives. Each team on time. Margaret went above and beyond in customer care, and the techs were friendly and knowledgeable. Did all the paperwork for the government rebates for me as well. Outstanding job everyone!!
