We had our furnace fail recently, great timing as we had a prearranged site visit for a furnace tuneup. Eric attended, was able to diagnose & fix the trouble within an hour (electrical issue). Thrilled with the service and turnaround time.

We have always had very polite service staff from ATLASCARE. The most recent technician is a young lady named Stephanie. We always request to have Stephanie do the service work at our location. She is efficient and very pleasant. If we do not get Stephanie for our next visit there will be HEL to pay!

Atlas was here this morning for the spring AC check and clean under our maintenance plan. As always with these guys, they arrived on time, did a thorough check and made some minor adjustments. Work areas were left spotless. Technician (Eric) who has been here several times was courteous, professional and went out of his way to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Atlas installed our furnace and AC in May 2014 and my only regret was I didn't find this company 20 years ago. Nobody does it better than AtlasCare. New note oct 25/16 had Atlas back for duct cleaning. Deshawn and Ricardo did a great job. Fully explained the process and all work preformed. Work was neat and house left clean. Airflow seems much improved. Thanks again for another superb Service preformed by Atlas!

Eric was the serviceman, and he did a great job. Very friendly. He was very polite and went over all the details. He would get the highest score in my opinion.

Service was excellent. The 2 young men, Garrett and Anthony, were courteous and efficient. They explained what I needed to know. They even suggested that one of the services that was on the work order was not necessary at this time. That was really appreciated!

Atlas Care repaired and upgraded a badly installed version of Space-Pak air conditioning and have maintained it for several years. They are reliable--come within a 2 hour frame, do a good job. When they have had any difficulty with the job, another team has come to help. Service is always respectful, polite, pleasant. Their pricing is competitive. I would recommend them highly. They also maintain a rental house for us, where my daughter lives. she is extremely pleased with their service as well

Chris Wilson: I was freezing for an entire day in April with my furnace not working. Called AtlasCare worried that it was either a gas, electrical or bigger issue. Chris (superman) Wilson assessed my problem over the phone, identified the issue as a wireless thermostat dead battery issue and it was fixed and up in running before you could say Mamma Mia. Nice work Chris. Many thanks!

The service provided by Atlas Care has always been exemplary. Their service personnel are punctual, efficient, informative and friendly. Their concern for cleanliness is very welcome. Charandeep carried on this tradition. He performed the service effectively, provided a good overview of the work done and answered all my questions. His suggestions for other services and equipment were informative and to the point. AtlasCare can come back anytime. (The cost is indicated as 1 cent, since I'm on a service plan.)

This rating is LONG overdue! Can I say Rudy knows EVERYTHING and is wonderful to work with (patient to boot!) Mac and Gary are fantastic: extremely knowledgeable, experts at installation, kind/generous and COMPLETELY professional. After having had much difficulty (trusting/poor workmanship) other contractors and services, these guys (plus Erin and Laura) renewed my faith and FINALLY we have a wonderfully warm home. Very grateful for a job well done from start to finish and beyond.

Anthony and Travis took great care in cleaning the ducts and also making very useful suggestions for related improvements. They carefully explained their work both before and after it was finished and showed us what they had found during their cleaning exercise. In addition they were very polite and articulate -- really fine young men and a credit to their company. We would not hesitate to recommend the service to others.
