This company helps me to maintain my YORK furnace and air conditioner. They picked up the maintenance from the firm who installed the equipment. I have had them working for me for one year and they seem to be doing a reasonable job so far. This past weekend, our furnace stopped working. I was able to get a technician to come diagnose the problem within several hours of calling the dispatcher. Although the necessary repair work could not be done over the weekend, AtlasCare ordered the required parts and completed the work in the evening on Monday.

Steph and Jordan arrived in the time window and were extremely polite and friendly! They went about the job efficiently and in a timely manner. We've been customers of Atlas for 11 years now and have been very happy with them. I'm not sure of the exact cost as we have a service plan. Ryan arrived on time for the furnace tune up. Like everyone I have dealt with at Atlascare, he was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He took the time to explain his notes to me! I highly recommend this company. They don't try to sell you things you don't need like many companies do!

We have been dealing with Atlas for 20+ years for summer and winter maintenance on our AC and furnace. They are always timely, pleasant and very professional. Eric returned today for his 2nd consecutive year of service, and a 5 star recommendation on service, satisfaction and professionalism resulted. Thank you Eric and thank you AtlasCare.

Stephanie arrived on time and did the check up and testing to find that I needed to replace the capacitor. Cost $160. We have used AtlasCare for both furnace and air conditioner for at least 10 years.

Anthony and Garrett arrived on time and clearly explained the service procedures in cleaning the air ducts. They were polite and acted professional. Promptly completed the service and presented before and after pic's of the ducts. Difference was night and day. I have dust allergies so I was happy the ducts were so clean! Thanks Guys!

I deal only with AtlasCare and been on service contract with them for many years. This company is the ultimate in customer satisfaction. New furnace today by Dave D & Adam N. Great job and super fast for an item as large as a furnace. Always Atlas!

Alex and Travis arrived right on time and first explained exactly what they were going to do and then set up very quickly and efficiently taking obvious care to maintain a clean work site. Typical of virtually all of the Atlas Care service staff we have encountered during the 25+ years we have been a customer of AC, Alex and Travis were personable and friendly and appeared to be well trained and very customer friendly and made sure our home was left clean and tidy with no evidence that they had even been there. Top marks

Anthony and Garrett arrived on time and were very good to explain the Duct Cleaning process and how long it would take. They did a thorough job and were polite young men who take pride in their work and it was evident that they are happy to be part of the AtlasCare Team. The technician (Charandeep) was prompt and polite, and explained what he was doing. He offered advice about the furnace filter, air duct cleaning and a new thermostat that he recommended. Alex and Travis came at a later date to carry out the duct cleaning, which they did very politely and on time, explaining first to me the procedure they would carry out. Very friendly service!

As a tenant, I rely on my landlord to maintain the house, and he chose well with AtlasCare. Anthony, Alex & Deshawn were friendly, professional and efficient. They called ahead with an accurate estimate of their arrival time, and performed the duct cleaning service on this century home in about two hours. I could hear the difference in the sound of the furnace & I know they left the house cleaner than they found it. I highly recommend them & this service.
