Long winded, but justified - Needed a new AC system (2014), AtlasCare did a great job installing, however had technical product issues with compressor within the week, rare... While trouble shooting AC, AtlasCare technician identified the furnace (~25 yrs old) had a major safety concern that my previous service provider had not identified after years of service now requiring a new furnace as well. After much frustration due to major upcoming unexpected costs (furnace) and lost work days trouble shooting the defective AC, AtlasCare was able to offer a package deal at a discount to help cushion the cost of requiring a new furnace and AC at same time. Thanks to Dick Thomas who personally took the time to manage my case. A new furnace was finally installed along with a brand new replacement AC system. The day of install was booked promptly, and the crew arrived early that day. A big thanks to the professionalism, enthusiasm and 'A1' care provided by the AtlasCare technicians, McCloud, Harold and Mike. A high quality install, and no issues one year later. I waited a year to write this review as I wanted to ensure it was deserved. Great job and excellent service, I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a first class service. Mark and crew arrived as scheduled, removed old unit and set up new unit with a new pad, line, coils and outside electrical box. Very efficient and professional. Explained what was done and how they had tested unit to ensure it was working well. Impressed. Highly recommend.

Stephanie came to our house to find the problem with our furnace. She was so professional and friendly. She explained what she was doing at each stage of the diagnostic, and happily answered all our questions. It turned out that no air was getting into the system due to a dead bird in the intake vent (a bit of a grisly discovery). The vent was cleared out and further tests showed no other issues with our furnace. Thanks so much for the great service. We have heat again!

We decided to finally get our furnace looked at after many years of neglect. Quinton Gardner came to our door and greeted us in a very professional and kind way. After watching and listening to him I could tell he was very well trained and competent. He answered all my questions and assured us the furnace was in good operating condition, noting the age of the furnace. We will be looking to replace it in the next couple of years. We will be calling AtlasCare and hopefully seeing Quinton again!

In the middle of summer we had our AC break down. We called Atlas Care, and within an hour we had a technician come and assess the situation. He gave us options, but because it was a really old AC, we knew it was on its last legs. So we decided to get a new one. A friend recommended Jeff Maund of Atlas Care, and we are glad she did. Jeff came to our house much sooner than we would have thought, was very professional and approachable. He made the entire experience as painless as it could possibly be. He filled out all of the paper work to get our efficiency incentive, and held out and through the entire process. We highly recommend both Jeff and Atlas care!

Our furnace was installed by another company who notified us they were no longer servicing the brand we had installed. They recommended AtlasCare for future service. We are glad they did. Very good experience. Courteous, prompt and professional service.

Please note: the above-indicated amount of 36.91 CDN was the monthly fee that I am paying according to the terms and conditions of my insurance plan provided by AtlasCare for me as a user of the HVAC equipment (in this case, the furnace and the related control devices). On this particular occasion (09/25/2015) the service tech. (Mr. Matt) took care of the "Lennox" heater (model 90UGFA2-50-6, ser. #5802K01624). The said tech. did the following: the check-up of filters, flame sensors, electrical connections, pressure switches, cleaning of the blower, evaluation of the functional parameters of the system, etc. This tech. was simply outstanding. Not only did he perform the job thoroughly and very professionally, but also gave detailed explanations at virtually every stage and gave recommendations. Like in my preceding review (re: AtlasCare visit on 07/25/2015 for the purpose of the AC unit maintenance), I would like to mention that the service of my previous provider, Messrs. Reliance, by contrast, used to involve the engagement of the third-party subcontractors, the North-Western Gas company (who were not employees of the Reliance company itself) and, on occasion, was faulty (even though less expensive).

We called Atals at 4:30 and Quinton was at our hose by 5. He went above and beyond to get our furnace working including working well past quitting time .. We love AtlasCare

These guys are the best. They are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. I have used them on 2 furnace replacements and 3 hot water tanks. They have also done yearly maintenance. They are pros who know what they are doing. One of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Highest recommendation.

I had the ducts cleaned in my home this week. Garrett and Travis came to do the work. Both young men were extremely polite and knowledgeable. Garrett thoroughly explained how the process worked, and what I could expect as a result. The work took exactly the amount of time Garrett predicted, and he showed me where he had patched the entry point on the furnace. Garrett also took the time to show me the air filter and suggest that it be replaced soon. Travis worked very hard putting things in place and taking direction very well from Garrett. Travis was most respectful and polite as well. It's always a pleasure, and easy, to have AtlasCare employees in my home, due to their knowledgeable and polite manner. Travis and Garrett are yet another example of this. I will continue to use AtlasCare whenever I need heating or cooling products and service. P. Wilson
