Booked our a/c tune-up and they were able to come the day & time I requested. The technician, Stephanie, came 1/2 hr earlier which was a plus which is a lot better than waiting for a few hours. She was friendly and courteous. She was here for only 25 min. Great service!

Informative, helpful advice and diagnostics from technicians Adam and Gurmeet when our A/C required a service call. As with each and every contact with AtlasCare, the service was prompt, capable and thoroughly professional.

Full HVAC retrofit completed. We've dealt with Atlas through 3 homes over 20 years. They where not the least cost option for this work, but courteous, knowledgeable staff have gained and maintained our trust, making our decision to stay with Atlas a risk free one. Installation crew was top notch!

We recently moved into a home with central heating and air. We were unsure how long ago the ducts had been cleaned and with two small children, we wanted to make sure we were breathing clean air. AtlasCare had serviced our ductless A/C units in our last home and they were the only people we called to book this service. Alex and Andrew called in advance, arrived ahead of schedule and were very polite and professional. They finished on time and were able to answer all of our questions. We would definitely recommend AtlasCare to others!

Recently we had the need to purchase a new gas furnace and an air conditioner. Of the four companies contacted for quotes, the AtlasCare sales representative, Jeff M., listened most intently to our needs and provided the most thorough presentation. He went far beyond what we expected by continuing to contact us at every step of the installation process to ensure that things were going as planned. The installers, Dave, Adam and Mobin, took great care to explain the process step-by-step and displayed respect for our property. Dave, in particular, spent the entire time in a confined area, overseeing proper connections. Adam showed extensive knowledge of the installation process and as well as explaining in depth the operation of the thermostat. To increase efficiency, we subsequently had the ducts cleaned by AtlasCare's experts, Matthew and Garret, both were extremely respectful of our furniture as they moved their equipment from room to room. They were well organized and worked around the complication of having two curious dogs at their feet. We are very pleased with the professional approach and workmanship of AtlasCare employees. They have well-earned the 'care' component of their title. We will continue, with confidence, having AtlasCare service our heating needs for years to come.

Quinton came to service our air conditioner - a young man who is very personable and professional. We appreciated his comprehensive review of the equipment and his ability to communicate re the work completed. He also offered us a special on duct cleaning, especially necessary since we are currently under going some renovations. Great company...great people!
