Stephanie was responsive, capable and efficient. She called to assess the situation and then came even earlier than she had committed to. She came on a Sunday night at 9 pm and by 10 we had our cooling back. Stephanie diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed it. We were very grateful. Thank you Stephanie!

We had a great experience with AtlasCare. The receptionist was extremely helpful and prompt, and the technician arrived right away. He found the problem with our air-conditioner within five minutes and had it fixed within forty-five. He was thorough, professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend this company and we will use them again.

We just had our semi annual tuneup with AtlasCare. The technician Matt was an impressive young man who took time to explain what he was doing and obviously enjoyed his job. We have always been happy with this company. They installed our furnace and maintain it.

Showed up on time and even finished early. Very friendly, courteous, and professional. Would use them again and was able to get a discount because I used them a few years ago as well.

The service technician, Stephanie was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. She arrived 20 minutes early and was done in 30 minutes. She explained what she had done and noted on the invoice. Super service.

My tech was Matthew B. Very friendly and professional as are all of their techs. Great service. Never have a problem with AtlasCare. I purchased my a/c and furnace from them 6 years ago and they maintain it every year. Never had a break down
