Service technician (Matthew) knowledgeable, thorough, polite and respectful. Did an excellent job and explained the work that he had done. A fine representative of AtlasCare. We were completely satisfied with his visit.

Had a client call over the weekend re: furnace leak - placed a call into Atlas first thing Monday morning and within no time I had a confirmation call back saying Gurmeet to the rescue! not only is Gurmeet polite and friendly he is an expert at his job and knows his stuff. The leak was located and rectified all within the same visit. I always feel at ease and confident when Gurmeet is on the scene.

Gurmeet Mann provided the usual excellent level of service given by Atlas Care; he even explained a second furnace filter was not covered under our monthly maintenance contract, and costs of an additional filter ($89.00+/-)

Alex and Andrew arrived at the scheduled time and worked well as a team to clean the ducts. They were polite, knowledgeable and did a professional job for the quoted price.

We had problems with our rather complicated heating system...forced air, radiant and in floor. Gurmeet Mann came out several times and was very thorough, courteous and fixed the problem and explained everything.

Stephanie had come for the annual A/C tune-up and inspection for Atlas Care. She was very polite and professional. She tended to all of the required items for the tune-up and also listened to a concern that I had regarding a noise that I often hear in the A/C lines in the basement when the A/C is running. She investigated the issue but couldn't truly find the source of the problem. She thoroughly and clearly explained all the work she had done today involving the A/C tune-up. A very enjoyable experience today!

Just had a duct cleaning from AtlasCare. Alex, Andrew & Matt offered friendly and professional service. Each employee greeted me at the door, introduced themselves and explained what would happen next. A true pleasure doing business with them, would highly recommend Atlascare and will be using them again for sure. Keep up the good work:)

Great crew, great service, very satisfied. I booked the service through Marlene. She was very accommodating and booked a service within a couple of days. The crew (Matt and Derek) arrived on time and did a thorough job in all the areas of the house. They took the time to explain their service and work as well on or two extras to prevent mould and dirt build up in the vents. Bravo AtlasCare !!! Thanks, Adrian

ERIC at AtlasCare came to service my air conditioner today. He is incredible! He called before he came, was very thorough, explained everything, and took care of some extra issues on his own initiative. He was professional, very personable and courteous and made sure everything was clean before he left. AtlasCare is a great company and they are very lucky to have ERIC on their staff.
