This feature is amazingly annoying. Why do I have to tell a "story" about getting my air-conditioning and furnace serviced? I want efficient, quick service. That is what I got. What is with all the narratives?

Excellent & thorough service by Matt the Service Technician. He was very polite & professional & took the time to explain all the work he did. Excellent ambassador for AtlasCare! And he was on time!

This service is part of a yearly service cost in order to keep our furnace/air conditioner working at optimal capacity. Eric was arrived well within the service call appointment time, had on a smile, was pleasant and seemed very knowledgeable in his job. He was also careful to put on shoe covers so as not to track in any dirt from outside.

Eric has done an excellent job servicing our heating and air conditioning system. He is always thorough, and takes the time to explain what is going on with our system. I get the sense that the people at AtlasCare are interesting in helping you make the most cost effective decision, and not trying to 'upsell' you to services or products that you don't really need.

We have been dealing with Atlas Care for many years for our service and repairs and have found them to be excellent. We first dealt with Nickeel who guided us through the quote and purchase process most efficiently. The installation of the ductless A/C was performed by James and Nick. They arrived promptly and worked throughout the day until the job was complete. After the installation, James gave us a quick tutorial on the remote. They were both polite and kept the working area neat and clean. We highly recommend Atlas Care for all cooling and heating work and service.

James and Nick were my 2 AC installers, they showed up on time, worked throughout the morning and into the afternoon continuously, were courteous and respectful of the fact that I had a newborn in the house, were clean and very professional. Explained everything to me in detail, made sure I understood how it works. Very satisfied and will continue using AtlasCare for all of my furnace/AC needs.

Nimo Mansouri was our Director of Customer Experience. His work was outstanding. He resolved the problem in a very timely manner and made sure we were satisfied. I would highly recommend Nimo & Atlas Care.

I have been an AtlasCare plan member for years and have always been happy with its customer service. During a routine inspection last week I was told my air conditioner was not performing as it should and needed a very expensive part. As it turned out, the cost of the part and labour were covered by my plan! I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly AtlasCare took care of the problem especially since it was costing me nothing. The part was coming from the US and AtlasCare had it shipped overnight to avoid delay as much as possible. Eric arrived at the promised time (impressive) and spent over half the day installing the new part and testing my system to make sure it was operating good as new! He was extremely pleasant and professional. More and more I find myself having to fight with companies to get what I'm entitled to as a consumer, especially good customer service. AtlasCare did not give me any reason to fight and I am so thrilled to be an AtlasCare plan member. The company honoured its guarantee without any delay or hassles and sent out a very experienced and competent technician. A+ for AtlasCare.

Our previous heating and air conditioning company is no longer in business. We had to seek a new and reliable firm for our home and that of one of our daughters. A recommendation and a bit of research on HomeStars led us to choose AtlasCare. Samer came to our home in Scarborough and Eric to our daughter's home in Markham. Both servicemen arrived within the short appointment window, greeted me in a friendly and professional manner, put on booties, and went about their work promptly and efficiently. They asked questions about the equipment, its performance, and our needs. Both provided a little extra service and recommendations for use of the systems. When he heard that we would be getting our tankless water heater serviced in the fall, Samer went back into the basement to record the model number for use by the serviceman later in the year. Eric removed the old furnace filter for disposal and provided us with replacement units and advice for filter options in future. Needless to say, we have found our new air conditioning and heating company. Outstanding representatives such as Samer and Eric who freely and willingly went out of their way to assist us give us great peace of mind and confidence that our hvac needs will be met reliably for years to come. Garrett arrived on time, was knowledgeable, experienced and took care when cleaning the ducts. He was able to answer all our questions and even provided us with some helpful tips AtlasCare exceeded our expectations and we would recommend them to anyone!
