Arrived at the time they stated they would. Introduced themselves ( Carl and Tedros). Very polite and informative. Showed us the new products and how to use and answered all questions. Tested the products. Cleaned up all their work. Nothing left behind. Would definitely recommend.

Alex & Andrew arrived early, were courteous & professional, and did the job well, including explanations of what they did and why. I'm an AtlasCare customer and fan; they installed a new furnace last year that works well, and have always provided excellent ongoing service. I recommend them without reservation.

Disappointed. They installed a brand new A/C system last summer that is not working. We had work done on our heating system during the winter which is still not functioning properly. They will not come and investigate the problems we have until we pay the balance - why should we pay when nothing is working.

John's team did perfect job yesterday to install a new A/C and meanwhile get rid of the old junks, very professional and timely efficient crew under John's leadership, we are very much impressed this time by AtlasCare, absolutely 10 out of 10!

I am very happy with the services provided by your company. Technicians Jordan and Garrett arrived early, were efficient, thorough, and courteous. They worked hard and provided useful advice. In fact, they went above and beyond their jobs in making adjustments to the vents in the furnace room and to the drier. I would highly recommend this company and their technicians.

I recently had my air ducts cleaned by Atlas Care. I was very pleased with the service I received. Alex and Garrett were very friendly and also professional. They informed me of the cleaning process and were very willing to answer any questions that I might have. They advised me of additional services which they offered, of which I may take advantage. I would highly recommend Atlas Care.

Ryan came on May 15, 2015 to perform our semi annual service. He was extremely friendly and very thorough and professional. Please send him to do our servicing all the time. He is a real asset to your company. Glenn Carmen

Furnace was not working and it was one of the -35 days that we were having. Nimo from AtlasCare came within hours of my call and fixed everything. He was super efficient and very courteous calling to let me know his time of arrival, explaining what the issue was and simply being a professional. Will definitely use them again and ask specifically for him.

My great experience with AtlasCare started with my professional salesman, Fraser. He was able to schedule my duct cleaning appointment at a time that fit my schedule. The specific workers, Alex and Andrew were on time and did a very thorough and professional job. They were careful within my home, took before and after photos and cleaned everything up afterwards. I would definitely recommend them and the service to all.
