    Duct Cleaning

    Alex and Andrew came to our home, they arrived ahead of schedule quickly assessed the work to be done and got right to it. They protected all affected areas and worked as a team to complete the job. They were personable and knowledgable. They answered and asked questions in a professional manner. Yes, I guess that is why they call them the A-Team.

    Hot Water Heater, Duct Cleaning, Yearly AC & Furnace Maintenance

    All work and services are always performed in A1 fashion. The staff - from those who do the work in our home to those I speak with via phone or email - are courteous and knowledgeable about their products can meet my needs. I appreciate the "red carpet and booties" treatment! Their service is great, even when it was needed on a weekend!

    Duct and Dryer Vent Cleaning

    Alex, Andrew and Dave arrived promptly and immediately began to set up for the cleaning while explaining fully what would take place during their time in my home. Dave reviewed the dryer venting and gave me suggestions to address future concerns. The team was respectful of the interior of my home: placing carpet protectors over all flooring and taking care when removing vents etc.. During the cleaning procedure they asked me numerous times if I had any questions or if I wanted more information about the process. After they finished I was shown a picture of before and after of the interior of the cold air duct. I would highly recommend this team to any friends or family if they required this service or any other HVAC service. I have been a satisfied customer of this company for over 25 years.

    Installation of new Space Pak A/C

    Atlas installed a new air conditioner as the old unit was leaking coolant. Weather hampered the 2-day job but it was completed as scheduled. The technicians answered my questions and took care to minimize any mess and clean up after their work. Rudy explained the options and helped us select the replacement system. Other than having to wait for warmer weather to fully charge the system, all went well. Atlas always takes care in the work they do, at least that has been my experience to date.

    Duct Cleaning

    It was a very positive experience dealing with AtlasCare. My son's newly purchased house located in the Riverdale area of Toronto required duct cleaning, and it was very important to us that the company we chose did a good job. Alex and Andrew arrived on time as scheduled and immediately I knew that I would be in good hands. They both were very professional, explained the whole process and answered all of our questions and concerns. Great care was taken to protect all areas within the house before, during and after the service. Pictures were taken of the areas done before and after the cleaning and sent to me immediately by email. Truly amazing! We needed a cleaning in the worst way and the after pics truly showed how effective this work had been. I will be scheduling them for my own home in Mississauga in the near future. Fine young men with a great sense of customer satisfaction. A very good company to work with and worth the cost!

    Duct Cleaning & Furnace Service

    We have used Atlas a few times for duct cleaning (Alex & Jordan) and for our furnace (Brendan & Quinton). We have had nothing but wonderful service from everyone including the operators who answer the calls.

    Furnace Replacement

    We needed to replace our furnace, so contacted Atlas (we have been a customer for years) to inspect and then provide a quote for a new one. From the inspection (Aaron) to the visit from the sales rep (Rudy), to the installation, everything was flawless. The team arrived early (McLoud, Steve and Steph) and were extremely professional, courteous and very pleasant. They made sure they covered all the areas (staircases, floors) so as not to get our carpets dirty. I was dreading the whole experience, but the 3 of them made it stress-free, and actually enjoyable. Rudy even came to make sure everything was running smoothly. I would highly recommend Atlas, and of course will be using them again for all inspections on our furnace in the future.

    Furnace

    Our 23 year old furnace died one Sunday in mid-March, 2015. We arranged with AtlasCare for a service call on a Wednesday and had a new furnace installed the following day. Service was punctual, professional and extremely competent, from the initial service call, to the sales appointment and to the installation. Great care was taken to avoid scratching our recently painted basement stairs and walls. We especially appreciated receiving the completed Heating and Cooling Incentive form which we have submitted for a rebate. I wholeheartedly recommend AtlasCare without reservation.

    Duct Cleaning

    It is always a great pleasure dealing with Atlascare. Their employees are always very helpful, patient and professional. We recently renovated our home and the gentlemen (Andrew and Alex) we very careful with their equipment when cleaning our ducts and they did a wonderful job. We would highly recommend them to our family and friends.

    new high efficiency boiler & hot water tank

    I had an emergency following the coldest week on record in February in Toronto. The 40 year old boiler was making a strange smell. The repair person from Atlas Care came that day. He discovered the source of the problem (collapsed chimney liner and very old boiler held together by caulking). Needless to say I was in a panic about exposure to CO. However, the repairman was quite reassuring - his CO detector was not going off. Nothing of my existing system could be salvaged (nor did I want it to be) and as I had had plans for some time to replace everything with a dual system I was thrilled when the repairman told me that he could send over the salesman that evening. Rudy (the salesman) provided a very, very thorough consultation and gave numerous reassurances about the install of the system and the way in which things would work. He also brought us two brand new space heaters to use while we lived without heat and hot water for three days. It was rough but not as rough as it could have been. Then John came with two additional installers 36 hours later. He was very thorough in helping me to plan things out in the basement for maximum efficiency and took the time to explain the system to me. The installers made a full installation of the new system in 2 days. John and his crew were experts. We lost heat on Monday, they came Wednesday and we had it by Thursday at 5 that same week. This was done in addition to a full move of the system to the other side of the basement to have it vent out the side of the house instead of up the chimney (with the new high - efficiency systems this is possible). In addition to this, there was a full de-installation of nearly 7 decades of old pipes that created a wall of metal and cast iron between where the old boiler had been and where the new one was installed. The amount of labour was extensive and the team were incredibly skilled, efficient, respectful, and tidy. Rudy followed up over the next two days to make sure that everything had been done to meet our expectations. He was extremely thorough and even took the time to explain the system to me over again. The new install of the new hot water tank and boiler was seamless (beautiful!) with maximum space liberated in the basement. Everything was placed carefully in consultation with me and I could not have been more pleased and relieved. Yes, it was expensive, but considering that everything needed to be replaced as it was all well over the age when it could be rehabilitated, I did not expect that it would be 1959 prices. Atlas care also set me up with a financing company that provided an open loan that can be paid off any time without exorbitant penalties making the transition easier for our family costs. All in all, Atlas Care made the experience effortless and I would not hesitate to call them if I was ever in such a position again. I plan to use their maintenance plan for as long as they offer it. If anything goes with the new system, I know that I can depend on them. This was one February that I will not forget. I'm just glad that this company gave me such terrific support. JP - York, Ontario
