AtlasCare replaced our air conditioner a couple years ago, and we called them back to replace our furnace. Thank you to Dave G., Carl and McCloud for the wonderful service from sales to installation.

Thank you to Ron, Neil and especially Ricardo for getting us set up with our new furnace. After we were red tagged by another provider on a Wednesday, they had us up and running by Friday. They were punctual, professional, courteous and followed up to ensure we were happy. Excellent work!

Alex and Andrew were very professional. Explained everything from the start to make sure we are aware of what is going to happen especially in a vary cold winter day. Very careful with our property, clean and organized. Excelled job done and we do feel the difference.

A few years ago I purchased an insurance plan on my furnace maintenance and I'm glad I did. This part alone would have been $700 + labour. It was on the annual cleaning that this part was found to be defective. It was replaced the following day. The technician Eric was very pleasant and professional. Thank you.

Atlascare is the most consistently awesome company we have ever worked with. We have used them many times and for many properties. This time Sam came to do the furnace check and he was super on time, polite and with the standard carpets and booties to keep our floors clean. He also did a few extra checks and fixes on top of the furnace care and showed me how to increase efficiency. On his great service and advice, we will have him back in spring for air conditioner maintenance. For our 2nd appointment we had Alex and Andrew come to do our duct cleaning (we do every 4 years) and our dryer vent clean out (we do every year) and they were both energetic, polite, efficient, clean, super respectful and did a thorough job. We are confident with Atlas as they have a dedicated culture that strives for excellence - they hire and train great people and keep their vehicles and service equipment at a top standard and in great working order. 5 Stars plus for sure. AtlasCare installed and has maintained our furnace and AC for 18 years and kept it all running smoothly. Following renovations, Jordan and Garrett came to clean our ducts. They were very personable, polite and thorough. They took the time to explain everything they had done and left our house very tidy when they finished. I would happily recommend AtlasCare for all heating and cooling products and maintenance. I have always received prompt and courteous service from all of their employees.

The person who was here and did the tune-ups did a wonderful job. His name is Quinton. He answered all of my questions and concerns. I would have no problem having him come again to fix anything gas related. Very knowledgeable, very personable, very professional. Thank you for your help!!!
