I signed up for Altas Care 3 weeks ago renewing my service after using them for 5 years. Today I get notified that they will not provide maintenance to my unit during inclement winter weather. So i asked what happens if i have a malfunction during the winter? I was then informed that ATLAS CARE will no longer offer me service and will send me a check in the spring for a refund. I can't believe they just dumped me like this. They took my money in a minute, and to add insult to injury will send me the check in the spring. Crappy way to treat a customer. I don't even know if what they did to me is legal. Very very upset at how i was treated by this company.

We received very prompt service and when inspection revealed that we needed to replace our 15 year old furnace, the new one was completely installed in less than 24 hours. Wonderful service in a record-breaking cold February! We were also very satisfied with our AC installation in 2013!

The Service Tech "Quinton" arrived on time to perform the annual service of our furnace and fireplace. He was very courteous and knowledgeable on both the furnace and fireplace and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He was very thorough and was even able to get the remote control for the fireplace to work after the AA batteries had leaked out.

AtlasCare has looked after the furnaces and air conditioners in my home under a Maintenance Agreement for over 35 Years and I have always been happy with their outstanding service. Today I had my ducts cleaned by Alex and Jordan from Atlas Care. They were wonderful! Capable, efficient, tidy and really personable. They are a great reflection of a company that I have always found to be exceptional in their customer service and the quality of their personnel. The air in my house is noticeably cleaner. I highly recommend AtlasCare's duct cleaning- ask for Alex and Jordan- they're great!! Barbara L.

We had a new furnace installed this time last year...The Ice Storm ..you know. Quinton arrived when they said he was going to, told us what he was going to do, did it, told us what he did, made helpful suggestions and left everything neat and tidy.

For 2 days, my family and I have been without heating in our home. I would like to sincerely thank your employee, Quinton Gardner, for his punctuality and helpfulness in fixing the problem.

Our furnace stopped working on the evening of Valentines Day. After going to the Homestars website I called AtlasCare and they sent out Stephen the repairman. He showed up an hour later (1AM) on the coldest night of the year. The blower on our 20 year old furnace had stopped working and he told us that one of their sales reps would call us Sunday morning. Rudy from Atlas called at 9am and was at our house an hour later to help us with getting the right furnace. After a 2 hour evaluation of our house and furnace, he told us he would get back to us with a quote first thing Monday morning which he did promptly!! (And all this on a long weekend!!). After deciding on getting Atlas to install it I can happily say that as of Tuesday at 5pm that we have a new furnace heating our happy home thanks to McLeod and Carl, the installers from Atlas. I cannot say enough about how well the staff at AtlasCare looked after us. Professional, prompt and perfect. Thanks again for a great job!!!!

We arrived home from vacation and had no heat in our house from our Carrier furnace. Despite a city-wide freeze, Steven from Atlascare came right away in the late evening on a holiday and fixed our furnace so that it worked. We were so grateful.

I am always wary of service from other companies, but not from Atlas Care. This holiday weekend Sat. morning was a typical Atlas Care appointment: on time; super friendly and professional (shout out to Quinton Gardner); knowledgeable and helpful. He answered my questions, gave feedback on the condition of my equipment and made me feel secure. Well done yet again.

Our 7 year old Carrier furnace broke down on THE coldest day of the year and we called AtlasCare and the message said that they would call back within an hour and sure enough they did. Aaron M. scheduled us in within 5 hrs of our call and even arrived 10 mins early. Aaron immediately found the problem and was extremely nice, knowledgeable and polite. I would highly highly recommend Aaron and AtlasCare and this review is from an honest homeowner.
