James and Nick came to replace our furnace. They came on time, carefully laid out the red carpet so our house stayed clean during the whole installation. Very courteous and explained all our concerns. Dismantling the existing furnace and replacement was done smoothly, cleanly and quickly. I especially appreciated that they worked quickly and were not like some trades constantly on their cell phones. They were actually doing their job. Thank you so much especially with the cold spell we are going thru.

Our furnace finally died last weekend, after 23 years we knew it was going to happen soon. Replacing a furnace is a big expense, but I am confident we got very good value for our money by choosing AtlasCare to replace our York furnace. Last Saturday afternoon Ron from AtlasCare gave us a detailed and professional quote. He made it clear that although it would not be the lowest priced quote we would likely get, we could rest assured that the quality of the work and the performance of the system that they installed would be worth the extra cost. As we were in a 'no heat' situation, he also said we could have our furnace installed in a day or two. McCloud and Carl were friendly and did an excellent job handling the installation. The custom duct work they did is awesome and the new furnace performs beatifully. No mess left behind, just a warm house on a very cold day.

Rudy H, and his team, were patient and professional. Work was performed in a timely manner, and costs seemed justified. Rudy knows his stuff, and his team left our place super-tidy. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Atlas confirmed the appointment which I like and the technicain was polite, friendly and efficient. I would definetely call this comapny again and plan to call to get my air ducts cleaned.

AtlasCare were engaged to replace our furnace. Ron Robinson was instrumental in providing us all the pertinent, detailed scope of work and timelines for the furnace replacement. Two technicians, McLoud Rego and Mike S., were professional and expedient on this replacement. They discussed the scope of work and pertinent details for this replacement, which took only one day to execute. Nimo Mansouri was on time and very professional when repairing the furnace. He followed up from his initial visit to make sure the required part was ordered and installed. He even did a minor repair to last until the part was available.

AtlasCare sent two young men to clean our air ducts at our home. There names are Alex and Jordan and some one should stand up and take notice of the professionalism in their work. Outstanding young men,great service. Thanks Alex and Jordan.

We came home to discover our furnace wasn't working (46C in the house). An AtlasCare representative (Nimo) came out promptly to service the furnace in response to our call. When he didn't have the correct part (our furnace is an unusual make), he personally went out and found the part, and returned later in the morning to fix the problem. Really outstanding customer service!! We are a first time customer with AtlasCare, but we will be using them for ongoing service from now on.

I have been a client of AtlasCare for a number of years. I am on a yearly plan that includes having my furnace and air conditioner serviced in the fall and spring. All of the service people that I have dealt with are polite, punctual and competent. I have never been kept waiting for a service call. A very professional and service oriented company!

The two young men arrived before at the time agreed upon. They solved the problem of plugging their vacuum hose into the furnace. They did a very thorough cleaning of our ductwork.(It was badly needed.) They cleaned up properly including placing a plate over the hole that had to be cut into the supply duct. We are very pleased with the work that was done.
