    Repair or Replace Faucets or Pipes
    I originally hired this company to fix a sink which had fallen in and the pipes below. They followed up quickly and things seemed to be on track. When they arrived, they said they did not have the correct tools and would have to come back on the Monday. This was not a problem. It was Friday at this time. However, while at the location, they snaked a toilet at the request of the tenant (costing $394), which I had not asked them to do, and also put on the order sheet a new toilet and replacement to be done on the Monday, for $1200 or so. I had not been consulted or asked for this service, or even knew anything was wrong with the toilet. I removed the toilet replacement from the order, cancelled the sink repair order, and went with a third party contractor who got everything done for half the price. The dispatch agreed with me the service on the toilet should not have been done without consent. I paid for it. In the end, the issue with the toilet was not something fixable by snaking

    Hot water heater installation

    I was very impressed with AtlasCare from the initial phone call and right through to the installation. The young lady who took my call was cheerful and informative. After doing my research I found their price to be the best one. She answered all my questions. After I'd done my research I called back and she set things up for me very efficiently. I got a reminder call the night before and an idea of timing. When they were on their way, I got notification. Brandon was very professional and showed me everything I needed to know about my new water heater and he answered the few questions I had. Overall, an excellent experience and I would highly recommend ATLAS CARE

    Boiler Repair

    Neil did a great job diagnosing and fixing our boiler system. He was very friendly, listened to what we had to say and was very patient with our very young dog.

    Repair Gas Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
    Jerry from AtlasCare came to do a service call on my furnace that was having some condensation issues. He identified the problem immediately as one that was affecting many Lennox units and was very knowledgeable. He was in and out and fixed the problem quickly. Would recommend.

    Emergency Sewage Pump Repair

    I had a sewage pump fail and drain backup issue up in our laundry room. Atlas came within a couple of hours, assessed the problem, provided some temporary relief and will replace the pumps tomorrow. I was very happy with Mansell at Atlas and hope the rest of the repair will be as satisfying. Im not thrilled at the service life of the Liberty pump which has failed just 1 year after the warranty expiring but I will take that up with the manufacturer.

    Horrible company to deal with

    I called Atlas to come look at my garage heater. what concerned me right away is they didn't ask me what unit I have before trying to book the appointment. I asked the gentleman why he hasn't asked me what unit I have and he said they don't need to know that. I should've gone with my gut at this point and not booked the appointment. Once the repair technician came (way outside of the window I was given for the appointment), he tells me they need to order a part (draft motor). He looked at it for 5 mins. For three days after I hear nothing, I call them everyday and get the run around. Finally I hear today they don't deal with this unit and can't get the part. They've basically washed their hands of it. So they charged me a $165 diagnostics fee to tell me this isn't the type of unit they can work on. Unreal. When I escalated via phone, they tell me it's policy NOT to ask what unit the customer has. This right here should tell you everything you need to know about this company.

    Excellent service

    Very professional service, happy with the final work. Josh, Don and Brian were very professional and knowledgeable workers.
