AtlasCare is a definite "keeper" in my Contacts. Alex & Jordan were efficient, friendly, professional and did a great job. I'm just finishing up a renovation and the ducts needed cleaning in a big way. AtlasCare fit me in at a moment's notice and performed the services they quoted me without any inconvenience or issues. They arrived on time, put on their booties, explained the duct cleaning process to me and off they went to do the job. I felt their rates were reasonable and that I received what I paid for. I was a day past their Promotional Discount Package price but they gave me the deal price anyway which started off the whole process on a good note. I honestly can't think of one negative thing to review about this company which is refreshing especially after dealing with some of the companies out there.

My furnace stopped working and I called Atlas to send out a tech to repair it. They sent out Nimo. He was at my home in under an hour got the furnace repaired in 5 minutes and signed me up on a service plan right at, "Hello my name is Nimo." Ask for Nimo and you'll know what I'm talking about. 10 gold stars!!

Technicians Andrew and Gerret were terrific throughout. Andrew carefully explained the process, what would be done, and why. Both were punctual, polite, careful and thorough. A pleasure to deal with!

Incredibly efficient service from the initial call to the completion of the work with arrival as scheduled. Very impressed with Eric who showed me what he had done, what he found and what he recommended. Excellent experience.

Excellent positive attitude, prompt, explained process, clean tidy, helped quickly with something in the way of access, continuously worked, worked in difficult places. Stephanie and Andrew would present a great face to any organization and I will follow up as suggested by them with the service contract. A definite 10 for them!

As always, very impressed with AtlasCare. We have been using them for 16 years now. This is our second furnace with them. Very professional, prompt, tidy and friendly. Daniel Mantei, the Sales Rep, was very helpful in determining the proper solution for our home and the installers, McCloud, Nick and James, were also excellent.
