I had Alex and Andrew of Atlascare do the duct cleaning today. They were very conscientious and did a great job for me. They also cleaned the dryer vent. They were punctual, efficient and polite. I highly recommend them. I also used Atlascare for furnace maintenance. Again, I was very happy with the work.

From the initial assessment of our old furnace to the meeting with sales,Jeff Maund,to the installation of a new furnace the entire process was professional,courteous and on schedule as promised. We were especially impressed with the installation team [ Dave D, Nick K. and McCloud ] ,who arrived on time in spite of the road conditions after a snow storm.The entire removal of the old furnace and installation of the new was completed quickly with no mess for us to clean . Our thanks to all and I understand why you received your ISO registration.

We tried Atlascare for AC and liked them so much we got them in for heating. We eventually needed a new boiler... on the coldest day ever in Nov. They did a great job for us!

Alex and Jordan arrived on time, even a little earlier. They were very polite and friendly and explained clearly what they were doing. They did their best to keep the inconvenienceto a minimum.

We recently had our duct cleaned by AtlasCare and were extremely impressed with the service. Alex and Jordan were very professional and respectful of our house and went above and beyond to ensure a thorough job was done. They were polite, courteous and very patient as we had alot of questions about the procedure. Overall, a fabulous first experience with these two. Great job and we will definitely use you in the future.

My furnace stopped late in the evening. Faisal and Kyle discovered a complicated blockage and worked diligently to fix it...the costs were all covered by my service contract. Great service!!

We've had a rough time finding someone to come out and inspect our furnace. Multiple companies either didn't answer or didn't reply. We finally found Atlas Care, and I'm so glad we did. Our technician was excellent, made some great recommendations about our furnace, and was absolutely delightful to deal with. We'll be using AtlasCare from now on. Great company! Update 2/29/2016: We woke up the heat being off today and they were out at our house to repair the furnace less than two hours after I called.

Nimo and Stphanie were fast and quick and courteous and neat and service oriented and called before they came and wore booties when then entered the home and is this close to thirty words or more yet?

I called AtlasCare this morning on their 4hr. emergency service hotline with a concern regarding my furnace. The technician ("Nimo") called me back within 45 minutes and was at my door 15 minutes later. He was very courteous and professional and treated my furnace as if it was in his parent's house. He took the time to address my concerns and even did a tune-up at the same time all within one hour. The normal emergency rate quoted would have been $199+tax. Instead, he put me on an annual maintenance plan for $11.99 per month and did not charge me a dime for today's work. He also did not try to upsell me on a new furnace since it was 17 years old. I would definitely deal with AtlasCare for all my future HVAC needs and would highly recommend them to my neighbours. Again, a special thanks go out to Nimo for providing me with excellent customer services this morning. AtlasCare and Nimo definitely earned my trust and a 10+ gold star rating today.
