    Duct Cleaning

    The young men who did the job were professional in every way. They arrived at the scheduled time, were very polite and friendly, and seemed very efficient. I was very pleased with the job they did.

    Furnace replacement

    Furnace failure on Boxing Day morning, new furnace installed the next morning. The guys arrived on time and did a really great job. We've always been impressed and thankful for the great service and responsiveness from AtlasCares, and this was no different. Please pass along our thanks to Ryan, the tech who came on Boxing Day, and to Mike and his partner who did the installation this morning, and to Nickeel Lad for his professional sales advice.

    Atlas Care Optimum Plus Plan

    Years ago, my family signed up for an AtlasCare service plan - it was one of the best decisions we've made as homeowners! As our furnace appears to be a bit "finicky," the service we've received over the years for regular maintenance has saved us thousands. On Christmas Eve, our furnace stopped working and AtlasCare sent professional and kind people on both Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and after until the problem was fixed. They even lent us portable heaters until the problem was resolved. The service is always impeccable and we will continue to use AtlasCare for years to come. When we need to replace our furnace and/or AC, I know exactly who I can trust - customer care comes first! Thanks for the great service, AtlasCare:)

    Furnace Repair

    I'm giving Atlas Care a 10 star rating for work they DIDN'T do! Let me explain. My family and I woke up on Christmas day to a cold house and a boiler that wasn't working. With the extended family coming for dinner, we were in a bit of a panic with memories of the ice storm/blackout from last year. I did a quick check online and came across Atlas Care and gave them a call - they promised 24/7, 365 days a year service and I was about to test that promise. I got in touch with a live operator who was extremely pleasant and professional who took down my info. Within the hour a service tech called me and talked me through a few quick checks on some switches that could have been thrown. Turns out the backflow one needed to be reset. That easy. So comes to my point of not doing any service. Well, in actuality, they did an immense service to me that day. Could have been an easy $200 for a 10 minute house call and I would have been grateful given the situation. But the tech (should have got his name), performed an even bigger service for me. And the next time, when I have I need for a furnace company, it will be a call to Atlas Care. Guaranteed. Many thanks!

    Duct cleaning

    The home we recently bought had been causing my wife intolerably bad allergy attacks because years of pet hair had built up in the vents and ducts. Finally she reached a tipping point so I called around, and only AtlasCare understood the urgency of the situation. They made time for us and a truck showed up literally 45 minutes after I called for help. They were fast, efficient, polite, and knowledgable. They showed me pictures of the build up, walked me through the process, and had the entire house cleaned and decontaminated within an hour. Two hours after I picked up the phone, they were finished and we breathed the first fresh air in 6 months. I really can't speak highly enough of these guys, or the overall professionalism of the company. Will be calling them the next time without a second thought.

    Service heating system

    Our circulating pump on our heating system failed at 3 am. I called AtlasCare at 3:45 am and the technician Eric arrived at 7:15 am. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the circulating pump. The parts (spring assembly) we replaced and I was back to heathy 8 am. I was especially pleased with the prompt response, diagnosis and repair and professionalism of Eric.

    Duct cleaning

    Andrew and Garrett provided duct cleaning services at my home this morning. They demonstrated professionalism at all times, thorough with how the process works, and cleaned up after the services was complete. they were friendly, professional and I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. great work ! cristina

    Nimo Mansouri was very polite and professional. He came and diagnosed the problem, explained the situation and then told me when and how it would be fixed. I would highly recommend Atlas Care to my friends and family. Thank you!

    Water Heater Installation

    Our hot water failed on Tues. evening. Called Atlas Thursday morning and spoke to Erin, who arranged to have Ron come to the house at 12:30 to give a quote, James and Nick arrived at 09:00 Thursday and completed the installation by 11:30. Not bad! Many thanks to everybody involved on a great job completed in an incredibly timely fashion. We've used AtlasCare for our furnace maintenance for years and they have always provided excellent service, I highly recommend them.

    Annual Service

    I had a technician in my home for my second annual service with Atlas. Rick was very thorough but I was unsettled by the fact that he pointed out a code breach then told me he would not write me up for it. Later at the end of the service, he in fact did write me up on two tags. I respect that they are doing their job and appreciate them looking out for my safety but I am uncomfortable with the fact he first told me he was not going to write me up. This should have never happened, regardless of whether there is one infraction or more they should always be reported. I felt that this deceptive behavior was unusual for Atlas and am now considering whether to continue my contract with them.
