    Duct Cleaning

    AtlasCare showed up at the start of the time window given to me, which is always great. The gentlemen were very polite and explained the process and steps they were going to undertake. They were also considerate and made sure to wipe their shoes off and wear covers. Would definitely recommend.

    Furnace Repair

    If you want fast efficient emergency service for a Trane furnace - AtlasCare is NOT the company for you. Unless you are happy to wait 96+ hours for a fix - when you have no heat and it's -12 C, go find someone else. They started off great - Ryan was at my house 1 hour after I called. Seemed like he knew his stuff, and I signed up for maintenance package 'cause it seemed to be designed to save money.....don't do this until they have fixed your problem, and can judge the service! So my furnace needed a new blower motor and mounting bracket, and apparently a Trane furnace needs a special bracket. But 4 days later, still no contact from Atlas on the status, I have to call them 3 times on a Tuesday morning, and no one knows status, nor bothers to call me back, and it's -12 C outside and I have no heat. Pretty unusual for it to take 4 days to order in a part for a common problem...apparently these guys needed to order from the States. While waiting for anyone from Atlas to call me back, I contacted another company in Oakville - who deals with Trane - they could have done something same day.... I guess you really know you've selected the wrong company when the guy who finally comes to install the motor needs to borrow your personal socket set.....'cause he doesn't have all the tools he needs....

    Service/Inspection after error code

    In the recent cold snap, my furnace didn't come on, and was showing an error code. Atlas booked me for an inspection. Kyle (tech #430) showed up on time, was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. He did a thorough inspection, did some minor preventative fixes to keep it running smoothly, explained what the error code was, and walked me through what he'd done so I knew a bit more about the furnace. Will gladly use them again.

    furnace repair

    Knowledgeable and very nice service technician ( Nimo Mansouri ) without too much of a delay after the first call. Took the time to explain what was wrong and how to avoid the same problem in the future.

    Furnace repair

    We woke up to no heat. We called and had a time window confirmed when someone would come by. The person arrived right at the start of our time window and was courteous and fixed the problem. We have now signed up to be a customer!

    Alex and Jordan were punctual, polite, friendly and professional.They cleaned up and left with out a trace.A detailed explanation of the work done was given when the job was completed.

    Furnace Repair

    I am very impressed with AtlasCare, and in particular, Nimo Mansouri. He was the technician who repaired our pressure switch in November of 2014. The repair was done in less than 20 minutes and we had heat again! He recommended that we sign up for the AtlasCare Essential Plus Plan to avoid any further costs (I am a tenant with a rather old furnace). Good thing too, because when we arrived home last night from our holiday, we were welcomed with a rather chilly 47 degree temperature. Nimo arrived quickly this morning, addressed the issue which was under warranty from the last call, and now the heat is back on. Nimo has been courteous, friendly, efficient, and honest. I would recommend AtlasCare and Nimo for all HVAC needs!

    Furnace service

    Our furnace stopped working on New Years eve. I called two other companies and was basically told I would have to wait several days to receive service. Called atlas care and they were at my house 45 mins later. Chris, the service tech identified and fixed the problem within 10 minutes but stayed around for almost an hour doing a complete diagnostic test on the furnace. He even put new batteries in the thermostat and explained how to use the filter reminder function! He was amazing and I'm very impressed with the professionalism of the company. We will definitely be calling them in the future for all of our HVAC needs.

    emergency furnace repair

    I called Atlas as a 1st time customer. 11:00am New Year's Eve day. Told service man would be here between 12 & 2 PM. He showed up around noon. Professional, quick and darn honest as we had elderly people coming who wouldn't be comfortable in our current 60 F house. It was a minor problem that was fixed within 15 minutes and we could not have been happier with the professionalism of the serviceman. This guy knew his stuff!!!!!

    Furnace replacement

    Furnace on the fritz since we moved in. Atlascare diagnosed the problem when no one else could and got the manufacturer to replace it free except for installation. My wife said Nick and James were great, and certainly Al was an amazing diagnostician - thanks guys!
