    ERV Purchase and Installation

    We have been extremely satisfied customers since Atlas first installed a furnace, humidifier, ERV, and air cleaner in our home in 1998, and since then we have purchased all of our heating and cooling equipment from them, as well as renewing a maintenance contract with them each year. Everyone we have dealt with at Atlas has been friendly, courteous, and helpful, and they have taken particular care in taking my health issues and allergies into account when they do work in our home. It's easy to book service calls with them, and they are always prompt in coming when they say they will, taking care to clean up after any work that they do and to explain to us what they've done. Our maintenance package with them has given us peace of mind because we know they're careful to maintain our heating and cooling systems, and to let us know if they find any problems. We can't say enough about Atlas, and have recommended them with success to our friends.

    Duct Cleaning

    Alex and Jordan from Atlas Care performed the duct cleaning service for us today. They explained what they would be doing, were very respectful, and also loaned us a portable heater to use while they had the door ajar for the hose. We would definitely recommend their service.

    Duct cleaning

    Super happy with the service, and really impressed with the two men, Alex and Jordan, who provided it. They were punctual, considerate (putting on shoe covers!), friendly and efficient. At the end, they reviewed each step of the procedure with me before payment. I'd recommend them and AtlasCare to anyone who asks!

    Furnace Service

    Enbridge came in to change over our gas meter and then required the gas line to be grounded. AtlasCare was able to come in that same day to remedy the problem that was created. I was in a panic that I would be leaving my house in a dangerous position (and that I would have to take off an extra day to have this problem serviced). I was so happy I was able to get attention within hours of calling! McCloud and Carl were polite, efficient and informative and saved me from a lot of aggravation, money and ultimately, danger. They were skilled in knowing the ins and outs of access points of my house with efficiency and thoroughness. They came when they said they would come and ensured that there was no loss of service and my house was left warm! I am happy to remain with this wonderful company and have them maintain my furnace. Couldn't be happier with a company!

    New furnace

    James and Nick did an excellent job replacing our furnace, very efficient and knowledgeable technicians came on time and left after making sure the new unit was working correctly. We will recommend AtlasCare to everyone.

    Air Duct Cleaning

    Andrew and Garrett arrived and handled themselves professionally from the first moment. They explained exactly what they would be doing and how long it would take. The house has never smelled or felt more fresh and clean. I had my first night's sleep last night since we moved in two months ago, without waking up with sinus and allergy problems. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

    boiler

    Atlas Care put in a new boiler in 2012 and we were very pleased at that time. Subsequently when having some plumbing work done, it was pointed out to us that the boiler had no 'back-flow' preventer valve which is apparently 'code' and can cause contamination of drinking water coming from the radiator. Atlas Care came back and said two things: a) I should have included that in my original contract (as if I am a boiler expert and I know these things) and b) 'don't worry' we have a manual shut off valve in the 'off' position to prevent contamination so don't worry. Okay fine - we then had an unrelated plumbing job at the house on January 7th and the plumber immediately noted that the boiler did not have this 'back flow preventer valve'. I showed him that there was indeed some manual 'shut off' and he said that this was wrong - the correct part is the 'back flow valve' and that this other valve in the 'off' position prevents the correct flow of water in the rads (as it gets lower, air fills the rads apparently and there is no way to get water back in)...the point being that the boiler doesn't have the requisite parts. I have tried desperately to reach Atlas Care on the matter - left messages and so forth - NO REPLY AND ZERO HELP. I now have to pay another company to put in the correct part. Bottom line: I feel completely ignored - three different reputable trades people pointed out the issues (all said the same thing) and Atlas Care is no where to be seen. I would NEVER recommend them - they DON'T CARE at all!

    Duct diagnostics

    Chris W came out to do some diagnostic work on my duct work. He was very informative, took the necessary time & did a thorough check despite the frigid temp that day. Friendly & professional service done very well. I have read many good reviews about AtlasCare & I intend to contact them in future. I love the fact they have their own training facility & do not contract their work out.

    Furnace Repair

    Leo, the AtlasCare representative came on time and well prepared. The overall service was excellent and of great value. Most importantly, Leo demonstrated an above average knowledge of the system and his commitment to safety was paramount.
