I had a young man named Alex come to my home from AtlasCare to clean the ducts. He called ahead, introduced himself and gave me an accurate ETA. When he arrived he came in to explain the whole process and answered all my questions I had. He rolled out mats to keep my floors safe, he offered heat to keep the house warm and always wore his boot covers in the house. He was very professional, polite, efficient and hard working. When the job was completed, he again thoroughly explained the whole process of what was done. I was referred by Nimo to AtlasCare and this was my first experience with the company, and I must say, I was very impressed. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the technician and AtlasCare. I would highly recommend the company and would encourage you to make the request for Alex. Great Service! Thank You!

Our experience started with a call to Steve when our furnace went out in the middle of the night. He was quick to get a technician to our home in a swift and timely manner. Upon discovery that it would cost more to repair then to replace, Dave came to our house for a very personalized detailed appointment. He was very through in our choices and what the pro's and con's of each choice would be. He was very patient and attentive as we asked our questions, which enabled us to make an informed and comfortable decision. Our positive experience continued with a new furnace being installed the very next morning in the middle of a cold snap while demand was in full swing by two very cool and amazing technicians James and Nicu. These two were on time, very mindful of our house, carpets, always taking their shoes off, very polite, and task oriented. They worked steadily and professionally through a very cold morning inside the house and out to ensure that my family had heat that afternoon. From start to finish the crew at Atlas was amazing. When we needed them to be there, they didn't let us down. Thank you to everyone involved. You made what could have been a very stressful situation into a positive transition.

I called AtlasCare to clean my boiler after reading about them in the press. They were excellent, and gave me sound advice on some issues with the furnace. They subsequently installed a new boiler and have been doing the annual maintenance since installation. They are professional, experts, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them. They are the only company I will use now for boiler and heating.

Alex and Jordan were very professional and pleasant. They took the time to ensure that we were warm during the work by providing a heater on this cold day. They wore "overshoes"and put down a runner to protect our carpet. All registers and the dryer vent were cleaned and our home was left as it was before they arrived. Work completed in about 2 hours. Alex and Jordan are a good team.

Yesterday, Jordan and Alex came from Atlas Care to my house to do duct cleaning and a Dryer vent cleaning. They were courteous, polite and presentable. They explained what they were going to do, they cleaned up as they went along, and put furniture back where necessary. They were professional throughout the whole process.

nothing worse than waking up at 5am to a freezing house and broken furnace. I googled 24-hr furnace services, found Atlas and checked them out here. A technician showed (Binyam) showed up in an hour and fixed the issue shortly thereafter. He was very professional, reviewed and explained the issue, and ensured i was clear on any costs before proceeding

AtlasCare installed our new furnace in the fall of 2013. We've had no trouble with it, but put off the duct cleaning that that we paid for as part of the installation package until we completed some home renovations. Alex and Jordan came to do the duct cleaning (and we also added a dryer vent cleaning and a new air filter, bringing the total cost including the initial part prepaid with the furnace to about $500), and they were excellent. On time, courteous and friendly, cleaned up after themselves, explained what they were doing at each step without being intrusive at all. We've had nothing but good experiences with AtlasCare to date and are happy we chose them as our new heating and cooling company. Thanks!

Our furnace was damaged in the July 2013 Mississauga flood but it wasn't discovered until Jan 2014. AtlasCare quickly visited to assess, recommend new furnace + air conditioner models, problem solved some oddities from the original installation, and were able to complete the work on a very tight time schedule to allow the contractor to avoid delays with his work on the rest of the basement renovation. Daniel M. was most professional, a pleasure to deal with, and followed up post-installation. The installation team was great. The duct cleaning at the end of the renovation was well done by Alex and Stephanie. Dry vent cleaning was a nice bonus. AtlasCare got us up and running again! We have used AtlasCare's services for years and we recommend them.

Andrew and Garrett arrived at the scheduled time. They did an excellent job protecting the floors. They cleaned the air ducts in my house in approximately 2 hrs (1900 sq ft home). At my request they re-cleaned one return air line after I inspected the job. Note: They do not remove return air vents due to risk of damaging your walls or not being able to re-install, suggest removal before they arrive so they can properly blow compressed air through the entire surface of the the duct instead of just through the slits on the vent cover.

They are good but way over priced. I was in a jam and got a AC and furnace. I knew I was over paying. I have another property that I got them to quote on as I figure I would get a good price. Bit the price was $1500-2500 more them five other companies. Oh well, I guess they don't want repeat customers.
