I've used Atlas Care as long as I've been a home owner (13 yrs). Over that time, each rep that's visited has been trust-worthy and courteous. Nimo came by yesterday and solved an issue pleasantly and efficiently. I'll continue calling Nimo and Atlas.

I am so grateful for heat! After choosing to repair my furnace and not replace it, the part was shipped overnight. Nemo the serviceman was very kind and came even earlier than the scheduled time which was so reassuring after 2 day of no heat. Nemo made time to reassure me and be loving to my rather big dog. We both felt well taken care of. Thank you Nemo and Atlas care

Dave and Andrew were great. Very professional and did a great job. They showed up on time and performed the job quickly. I was given the price before they came out and received a call for confirmation the day before. My only complaint is of the equipment. The truck was parked on the driveway which is fine but something on the truck burned a large 2 foot by 4 foot section of grass on our front lawn. Perhaps the truck just needs some maintenance.

Andrew & Dave did an awesome job cleaning our ducts, dry vent and AC coils, really nice guys and very clean and respectful of my home. They were also really good with our pets, making sure they were tucked away in a room while they did the cleaning. I def recommend these guys, especially if you are a homeowner that appreciates good work and quality explanations.

Incredible service once again from Atlas. Fast response to our phone call for furnace help (no heat in house), and very friendly / knowledgable service technician who was able to correct the problem. Would definitely use for future needs.

Nimo responded within 30 minutes on a cold Saturday morning for a call on a furnace not functioning. Quickly identified the problem and corrected the issue. Friendly, helpful and gave me a free filter as the previous one was not working well anymore.

We have used Atlas before for AC and gas fireplace issues and they've always been excellent. Now we needed our vents cleaned and decided to go Atlas again. Couldn't have been more happier, Alex and Stephanie showed up right on time, came in to do a quick assessment and then to explain how they would be doing the job. Under 3 hours later and everything was done and Stephanie walked me through the entire house explaining what they found and what they had done. That's what always seems to make Atlas stand out, the staff are super friendly, patient, eager to answer any and all questions and booking always seems to be easy. We'll stick with them and would happily recommend them.

My furnace would not fire up so called Atlas - With in minutes Nimo Mansuri called back and continued to follow up to arrange a time convenient to me for a service call. He quickly diagnosed the problem and then suggested signing onto a service plan since it would be cheaper than paying for an emergency repair call and would include a long overdue service which he performed there and then . So arrived on time , fixed the problem and did a full service for less than the cost of a repair call. A pleasure to deal with, Thanks Nimo.

From the quote, through the install and the rebate paperwork, the whole experience was professional, courteous and timely. The work was done to code, leaving the home safer. Thanks James, Daniel, Eric and Laura.
