We have been with Atlas since we moved here some 45 years ago. In those years they have continually got better. When they got their ISO certification, I knew they were really serious about service quality, and it shows. The ISO certification isn't easy to get and keep. Today's call was an extended warranty call, so the cost is covered by my monthly plan payments. My only "complaint" is that the person on the phone at head office wasn't immediately able to determine that I had a service contract. The technician who arrived early (!) would have benefited from having known that. Not a big thing, this. But when you're as good as Atlas is, tiny things like this become more important. Our service guy--Nemo (sp?) was punctual, friendly, professional, and thorough. He's impressive.
