Excellent service yet again. Shane answered all my questions, took his time and was very helpful. I have been using AtlasCare for many years and will continue to do so for all my heating and A/C needs!

I called AtlasCare due to a water leak from my furnace. Within 2 hours, Nimo Mansouri arrived to assess and repair the leak. He was extremely friendly, knowledgable and efficient.

AtlasCare responded promptly to my inquires and sent a sales person who surveyed the situation and made good recommendations. Their installation team arrived when they were supposed to and did an excellent job installing two new products including a tricky replacement of existing ducting. They cleaned up and left the place looking great. I would recommend them for their thoroughness and follow up. Job well done!

Alex and Andrew arrived on time and explained exactly how they were going to proceed. They were extremely courteous, yet relaxed and friendly. We were impressed with how efficiently they worked and the way they answered any questions we had. They showed us how lint from the dryer was so thick that it was blocking the vent and suggested a way of preventing this from recurring. Once more we were very happy that we are clients of AtlasCare.

We made the deicision togo w/ AtlasCare todo our new HVAC 2 years ago. They were not cheapest, but I truly the believe the highest quality. A few reasons we choose AtlasCare 1. They did a proper room by room heat requirements / cooling requirements to accurately size the equipment 2. They recommended a 2 stage solution vs continuously variable given age (and leaks) inherent in our home... they could have charged more for the latest technology, but they explained why we wouldn't benefit from it. 3. The installation was professional. Last week Nimo Mansouri came todo our summer mtce. As part of the new furnance they do winter and summer tune up. Nimo and 3 little helpers (my 2 and 4 year old, and me) who bombarded him w/ questions. Nimo did a thorough job, but was also friendly and engaging w/ the kids. I would happily recommend AtlasCare for the capabilities on new furnace and ongoing maitenance

The unit was put in out master bedroom which is above the garage. The air conditioner unit looks nice and neat, quite, cools the room very quickly. The controls on the panel are efficient from speed to angle temperature range. Sleeping peacefully now. The workers work efficiently, professional and friendly.

Tremendous service - from the first phone call to report a problem, to the visit from service technician, AC expert, and install crew. On time, professional, and reliable. Thank you!

Once again Atlas Care meets and exceeds my expectations. The crew who cleaned my ducts were cordial, quick and did an outstanding job. They saw I had a new air filter and without asking installed it and took the dirty one away. Good work and a fair price. No wonder they were recommended by a long time editor of a leading HVAC business magazine. They do all my heating and A/C service and I've never been disappointed.

My air conditioner gave up. I called at noon and the repairman was out by 4pm, same day, and my unit was back up by 5pm. The service technician, Nimo Mansouri, immediately knew what the problem was and had it repaired in short order. Service was very friendly, courteous and professional.

Denis and Stephanie got to our house when they said they would. They were careful in setting up. The carpet was put in to protect the floors. They told us everything they were doing. Both were very professional and upbeat. The job was well done. The price was good for all the work done. We are quite pleased with everything. Thank you very much Denis and Stephanie
