Worry Free! That is the best way to describe dealing with Atlas. After Atlas came to conduct an annual cleaning/inspection on our AC unit, they advised it was leaking coolant. Being a reputable ISO certified company, they would not simply refill the coolant and allow it to continue leaking. After discussing the cost of a 'leak inspection' and the potential cost of repairing the leak, we decided a new unit was the way to go (old one was 14 years old). We did our due diligence and had representatives from four companies (including Atlas) come to provide quotes for a new unit and installation. Company 1 provided a phone quote without even coming to look at our home. Company 2 did come to our home, and provided a quote in under 5 minutes without even looking at the furnace in the basement. Company 3 was a little better, as they went into the basement, and spent a whole 10 minutes with us. Then Nickeel from Atlas came over. First he sat down with us for 30-40 min to discuss our needs, and the products offered by Atlas. He then went to the basement and took measurements and pictures of the furnace. He then looked at the old unit outside. It should be noted that Nickeel was the only sales rep to suggest we may want to consider moving the unit as it was currently positioned under a window. It seems obvious, but no other company suggested it, and I never thought of it! Great idea by Nickeel. After spending the time to understand our needs, and look at the system we currently had in place, a quote was provided. Clearly Nickeel and Atlas were more professional and thorough in their approach. We knew instantly that Atlas knew what they were doing. 5 min after leaving, I called Nickeel to advise we had made our decision (it was an easy decision!). Install was arranged quickly on a date that worked for me. James and Nick (technicians) arrived on time as promised. They laid out the red carpet (literally), to keep our home clean. In half a day they had the job done. They were patient with all my questions, took time to explain the new system, and left absolutely no mess. I cannot say enough positive things about the experience working with Atlas. I will end by saying this. Atlas was not the cheapest of our options. Other companies would have done the job at a lower price point. I truly believe you get what you pay for. Atlas may charge slightly more for their work, but I believe you receive a premium service in return. I will continue to turn to Atlas for all my heating and cooling needs. A big thank you to Nickeel, James and Nick. You were all GREAT.

Alex and Stephanie arrived on time, were courteous and professional, and worked very hard to complete the duct cleaning. They explained the work that they had carried out and gave me feedback. I am very satisfied with the completed job.

Atlascare technician Nimo Mansouri came to my house last evening to evaluate & fix the furnace fan blower motor. He was excellent, very accommodating & knowledgeable. Great guy, gave me good advice. Atlascare should keep him!

Eric was very professional and did a great job. I only wish there was a process for calling the client to confirm the technician will indeed be coming during the agreed timeframe.

Professional and thorough service by Alex and Stephanie. Very good experience overall and a great improvement in our indoor air quality. Highly recommend this company and it's people and would not hesitate to use them again.

Air conditioner would not start. Fast and very courteous. Diagnosed the problem to be a faulty capacitor. Got the A/C going within a hour. The only thing that I would question is that he did not have the correct size capacitor in his truck. So, he used two capacitors (a large and small one). It worked fine, but charged $125 for each, double the cost of a correct size capacitor. He did not inform me of the extent of extra cost before installing. Total bill $507. I realize my mistake in not asking for a written quote for repairs. Also, having to order and return with a correct capacitor would also have added similar (or more) cost. He was genuinely happy to have gotten our A/C running. I think AltasCare should consider reducing the markup on their capacitors in situations like these.

From our first contact to installation it took less than 1 week! Daniel was very good at explaining and recommending the right product for our home and needs and James & Nick did a prompt, clean and quick installation.

We have used Atlas Care for home heating and cooling systems since the late 1980's. Service and technicians are always professional, knowledgeable, respectful of our home,and arrive within booked time frames. Recently used duct cleaning service - rating- very satisfied and would definitely recommend.

I received a call-back within 15 minutes of calling AtlasCare on a Saturday evening during a heatwave about a non-functioning a/c. Eric led me through a few things to try. Service was required however, and he was at my door in under one hour. He did a thorough inspection inside and out, replaced a part, tested and re-tested, and had his shoe booties at hand. I appreciated his explaining all work and findings since I am interested in knowing such things. Eric is a very pleasant young man who delivered a timely, and successful job. Part price included its installation labour and the diagnostics extended to all-around inspection inside and out.

Now that the dust has settled (no pun intended), we want to commend Andrew Nichols and Denis Roy on the superb job they did in cleaning our ducts! Their customer service is the best, they answered our many questions and treated us with respect and patience. They are friendly and most importantly, know what they are doing! They were punctual and the quality of their work is reflected in the company's mission statement. Kudos to you both and to your company!!! Highly recommend your company and staff!
